  6. At this point… why do I keep seeing people hold out hope that the console will still come out? Like the damn offices are completely vacant and up for rent. Just buy an original intellivision or the flashback. I promise you’ll have a lot of fun with it!!

  10. This homebrew computer game is being ported to the 7800!!
  11. The 5 screw Zelda cart is definitely uncommon. Looks like they are worth about $50 on eBay!
  12. This is the best thread ever! I was dying to buy some Atari stuff off of websites in the late 90s but my parents refused to allow me to “put their credit card on the Internet”(or over the phone for that matter lol). Unrelated to 7800/big lots; I started my eBay account in September 2001 to buy a Sears Tele games pong sports VI for about $20 including shipping. At this point I had my first job. I had to mail a money order to the eBay seller. I still remember the user name; “Jimala”. Good times
  13. In a perfect world we’d love to see the XM released in all of its glory but the dragonfly seems like a nice consolation so we can actually play the awesome XM games. Lots of positive ideas going on in this thread. Thank you to everyone who’s chimed in so far.
  14. Omg Thank you! I’ll definitely look into the dragonfly. All of these XM games are so intriguing. I appreciate the info
  15. thanks for the warning and the info. I was reading the previous threads from a year ago and saw the discussion devolve with lots of hostility. I just figured since I'm not really an insider in this community then I'll survive the heat. It's just a question. Hopefully because of the pandemic this can be turned into a money making venture for Curt's family through some type of royalty.
  16. I know its been like a decade... I remember when Curt first announced it! I was SO close to plunking down the $100 or so bucks but it was alot of money to me at the time. I'm not very active on here obviously. I chime in once or twice a year. I heard of Curt's passing and was very shocked. He was an awesome guy. there are sooooo many 7800 XM threads and its very confusing. my question; Are there any plans to continue the project? I'd love to buy the XM!!
  17. 1982 Quasar 25” Console tv! I use it for everything(Atari, NES, Genesis, VHS, Laserdisc, HD-DVD & Roku) I've got a Sears Heavy sixer hooked up RF
  18. Got these up on eBay! I was going for a full set but decided to save some shelf space. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5575378759&campid=5338273189&customid=&icep_item=383744855761&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229466&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg&toolid=11111 Let me know if you have any questions
  19. I agree with you, but my phone is a piece of crap lol... couldnt get it to stop flipping back and forth so I had to keep it in portrait. I think it still turned out decent
  20. After watching a few imagic commercials, Sounds like it's pronounced similar to "image" or "imagine"... duh my bad
  21. I noticed myself that the audio was a little low... it sounded good on my laptop but once I watched it on my tv I realized it was low... I need to get a little closer to the mic and turn the tv down a little. As far as the correct pronunciation of i magic; I've said "eye magic" since I learned of the company's existence(1998 on dial up Internet Atari sites)... I could be pronouncing it incorrectly... being born in 1984 I wasn't actually there during Atari's golden age
  22. https://youtu.be/foWcD5udWgE Rebranding my channel as "Atari fans" please subscribe and look forward to multiple videos every week
