Star Castle Arcade - Beta Release

I found the difficulty to be nice and reminded of what I usually love about 2600 arcade ports, capture the gameplay, but it's no longer just trying to get my quarters The other earlier star castle is much more merciless, I enjoy both, but since I'm going to buy both, I hope they each maintain their unique character -

hmmm... I've never heard this ac or dc doesn't matter business... I have plugged in the wrong kind of power supply and it fried the system (yes, ac vs. dc,) I don't have my sva2 handy so I can't check its psu, but still, just sayin' if I had plugged in the wrong kind of psu I may have already toasted it...

I still maintain that the 2600 with a modern cell phone sd card worth of rom in its cart could do it...

One of the few rare games that is actually kickass, too. I can remember buying two $10 dollar mythicon games vs. spending $20 on this one back in the day and later wishing I had chosen otherwise... I do have it now, though -

yea I'm gonna have to do this for my museum. Heck, I still want to know the official released us ntsc retail cart list, but there doesn't even seem to be one of those :-)

That's awesome, love the pics and info! Can't wait to see what comes of this as far as the old Venture Vision stuff, I would love to support that. I was just watching The Last Starfighter on bluray a few days ago. I have always wanted to play the actual arcade game in the movie I'd love to hear about that proto! still remembers a store that had this game after the crash and I had no interest in a word game for $30 dollars when odd lots was selling all the cool action games for 50 cents (and I didn't have 30 bux, either!)
