I'll be happy if they make the game, but will they make a profit if they release it? When I was reading awhile ago about Shenmue 1, it cost so much, that in order for Sega to break even, buyers had to purchase 2 Shenmues for the DC in order just to do so. Plus Shenmue II for the Xbox was a disappointment in the American market. The DC version did okay though. but it had mostly its loyal fanbase.

is Shenmue just like Yakuza? Iv'e never played Shenmue and it seems similar. it might be a spiritual successor but that may be a fan given title.
