Just guessing, but for people who are less tech-savvy, it would be easier to buy a 2nd hand game, pop in the cd instead of downloading / copying an iso. But those people would probably not be aware of the existence of such device.

Here a no-vote for DLC. I prefer my games to be complete. Btw. I bought Super Mario Run for ios (for my children) and I haven't even managed to run the game on more than one device. So my first digital Nintendo download leaves already a negative impression.

Maybe Nintendo thought, what if a family member watches Netflix in docking mode, and you want to play a game? That's exactly what would happen in my house. having kids seriously increased my use of portable devices.

I heard they are working on a plug 'n play version of then gcvideo mod: http://www.retrocollect.com/News/plug-n-play-nintendo-gamecube-hdmi-out-modification-gcvideo-coming-soon.html I could solder it myself but I hate drilling holes in a gamecube.

Non really permanently hooked up, but my gamecube is my most played system. I still have a pile of 'to play' games next to my tv. I bought it new, so it's probably 15 years old now? -

I was the one that chose Sunshine What I like about it: - Wonderful setting, music, ambiance. It has a certain 'feel' that I like - Big levels. - Some levels can be very hard, like the 'secret' levels: I also played Galaxy and Galaxy 2, but I found the levels too short. Great games though, very polished. -
The Vega+ didn't do any teasing / announchements that I'm aware of, and the fundraising was an instant success. I think Retroblox should me clear about their product. It's still vague to me. [armchair ceo]They lose momentum this way[/armchair ceo]

Why not a module that lets you play tapes! Expirience long loading times like in the 80's!.

What would be cool is a box where you can just put your dc / ps2 / gc / xbox discs in, and just connect your dc / ps2 / gc / xbox joysticks to. And play games in 4k. It would be possible of course with tinkering, but I hate tinkering.

Backwards approach again. First ask for money, then deliver prototypes / specs etc. Since the Chameleon we all developed a 6th sense for when something is 'off'
