    He's also had 3 BTR's (Bad Trader Reports) on Game TZ (These were filed by 3 different traders on there):

    The deal was I gave him my Smart Bros SNES/Genesis develpment unit and he give me $325 via PayPal. He gave me the money and I sent him the unit. Before I sent him the unit, I told him everything that was wrong with the unit but he still wanted it. I went through a period of testing the unit before I sent it which took longer than I thought and I gave him the option of giving him his money back but he still wanted the unit. So I sent the unit via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. After he got the unit, he claimed it didnt work at all which was a lie.

     

    About a month or so after the unit was shipped to him, PayPal sent me an email stating that Nicholas Zeltzer paid for my unit but never got it which was a lie, and they put a negative $325.00 balance on my PayPal account, causing me to have problems with my bank account and I couldnt pay for some auctions and items via PayPal. PayPal told me (after I called and emailed them many times) that I would have to fax in all emails and tracking info in order to resolve the matter. Luckily, I saved all emails and chat sessions I had with Nicholas Zeltzer as well as the USPS Postal Reciept and Delivery Confirmation Receipt so I faxed all emails and tracking info regarding this case to PayPal.

     

    This guy was obviously trying to get something for nothing but did a poor job at attempting to rip me and PayPal off.

    This trade was for his Saturn System, Saturn netlink/keyboard, 3 games, import converter, mod board (later on) and for my 3DO (Goldstar) system with 22 games, A/V cables, controller which was on 6-Mar-2001. I have yet to recieve the keyboard adaptor (ps2 to saturn adadptor) and mod board. Last time I heard from this guy, he said he would give me the keyboard adaptor and possibly a saturn with modboard already installed, but that was probably a month ago. He never answers my emails and I have repeadedly warned him. I will remove BTR upon successful completion of our deal.

    HERE IS THE CITUATION

     

    The trade started 05/02/2000

     

    I sent him all of my stuff and arrived to him fine. I have always had problems contacting this guy and his responses were sometimes a week apart. I got the Super Magic Drive, and 150 famicom disks fine but I got the famicom system which was not working, I got the Turbo GO copier which was not working, and I didn't get the famicom disk system. I told him this and he said he would send me the famicom disk system. I have yet to recieve it. I have not heard from him in over a month and have repeadedly tried to contact him.

    OK...this , I think is the last of my items worth a little something...Game is absolutely complete,right down to extra inserts :lust: (yes,it has manual,maps,box,cardbord,plastic,etc.)...almost like opening it for the first time.Cart is in exc. shape too!

    $120 Shipped (in U.S.,Canada a little more) gets it! Paypal prefered,but not necessary,might take a u.s. postal m/o as well
