UPS rules state that if packed by you, your package should be packed well enough to withstand a drop of 6ft with at least an inch (mabey it's 2) of packing material around it. If you try to file a claim and it doesn't meet those criteria you are out of luck. If you go into a ups store and have them pack it, it will be guaranteed no matter what.

There is a complete US NES manual torrent on UG but you need to be a member to get it... NintendoAge also has scans available for viewing. I think that their NES set is complete also. But last I checked they did not have much in the way of SNES... I have a small SNES collection but it's no where near complete.
