  1. I would rather pay more for the pokey version, and not to get controversial/political but - this is all under the assumption that the XM is not coming out, or in other words people don't want to wait any longer for it (XM that is...)? This game is highly anticipated, I feel you shouldn't compromise it's original version though just to get it out. Really excited about it, I have purposely not checked it out via emulator so that I can be blown away when I put it in the console (or XM, ha).
  2. Wow! This is exciting, it really looks awesome. Can it happen?
  3. same here - blank white screen after I hit "process order".....I PM'd Albert....
  4. Great compilation list Trevor - thank you for posting this.
  5. Surprised? 7800 rules all versions of Joust. Glad you discovered!

Ha. Thanks for telling us about Hollywood. And thanks for the non-grammar in the meantime. Hilarious. Yes, I broke my promise. It's too funny not to troll.

Ok, I'm done. This is exactly why I said 6 months ago I would never post on this site again. What a mistake it was to post a feeling. I apologize to everyone. I'm sorry, you won't hear from me again.

You are correct, he didn't start it, he brought it back with a bump 2 years later.

I do appreciate it. I'm sure he's slammed, as we all are. But why post if he wasn't going to follow up on it, is my point. I will continue to be patient, as always. Settle down, Tempest - no one is saying "gimmie gimmie gimmie." People are allowed to share their thoughts and opinions. That's what message boards are for. I've given money and supported the homebrew scene here since I joined. I always buy the carts and accessories when they are offered up. It is exciting. It's just the classic case of not being updated when the initial poster brings up something incredible. I don't think I'm alone in this train of thought, hence the 100+ responses to this thread. I highly doubt he's scared away by the responses, I think that it's generated this much interest is encouraging, not frightening. And Lost Dragon, we appreciate your commitment and patience in pursuing the many avenues and history involved in this potential discovery, all the research is quite intriguing and you do a fantastic job.

This thread went way off topic. I think we all got hosed here, this guy started a thread and teased us with searching in his attic or something....how long does it take to search for it - he hasn't responded to this since around the first time he posted. Oh well, it was nice to have visions of grandeur for a while. This thread is starting to remind me of all of the XM threads. I can see the replies now - "Patience...etc...", "Give the guy a break, blablabla".... Teasing people is lame. Bob D doesn't tease. He delivers.

^^^^^ Yeah seriously. What were they thinking, as if any of these flight sims are actually fun to play? It boggles my mind to know who was working on these and thinking that they would blow peoples' minds with these games. Uber boring.
  12. Yeah - Eliminator, Black Lamp, Technocop (I'm assuming they meant Electrocop) and Deflektor? I at least I think I've followed things pretty closely about the 7800 for 10 years plus, had my system since 1988, and I've NEVER heard of these titles ever mentioned before this article (other than obviously Electrocop). Weird to have these titles just brought to our attention now after all of these years. Or perhaps I'm wrong, I usually am. Regardless, anyone else able to shed any light on these aforementioned titles, and if any of them were ever worked on if so?
  13. Cheers to Marc. Cheers to Bob. If either of you ever come to Vermont, I'll get you a case of Heady Topper.

I just got Paperboy 2 for the Genesis because I couldn't find a good home version of it anywhere. This would be highly anticipated on our favorite system, the 7800. Do your best, Andy - keep us posted and thanks - there are a few programmers on here who would crush it.....
  16. These need to happen for the 7800 and the 5200. Thanks CPUWIZ. I will purchase.
  17. Hey there - I have both but would like a new Plutos - mine freezes up when playing. Any interest in taking the defective one back? I'll buy the new one regardless.....the graphics kind of lay over each other and makes it impossible to play, and then it freezes..... Thanks, this is good news.
  18. Maybe for Super Skateboardin' 7800? I'm also missing F-18 Hornet, and Title Match Pro Wrestling, but not super interested in those..... Or if someone had the newer hacked version of Kung Fu Master....I'd be way into that.... Alright thanks. thursday83
  19. I thought BB couldn't be released until the XM came out - in other words you are going to be releasing a standard 7800 version of Bentley bear along with the other two, before the XM comes out?
  20. Good vibes sent your way, Curt. Wishing you a safe and relaxing recovery. Thank you for posting and take care.
  21. Nice job AM - dude - keep up the great work. Collaborate with the other programmers. Let us know if you need funding. Like all the others have said, really nice to see the Atari 7800 programming spirit thrive. To see Bob congratulate you - that is high praise. Keep us posted, and continue on in your pursuit of awesomeness. Next stop, a playable and worthy wrestling game for the 7800. We thank you for your efforts.
  22. Damn. Missed it. Just checked this before 4:30 pm too. Please add me to the next one, thank you.
