I haven’t had any luck with Intellivision either.

How difficult is it to remove a Pokey from a Ballblazer? It’s not socketed by any chance is it? I don’t have a desoldering station, is it doable with an iron and a desoldering braid? I haven’t removed anything delicate like this before, but I’ve repaired a few Genesis 2 reset switches.

I don’t think hot swapping controllers will hurt anything. Could you launch a game with the second controller while keeping the gun plugged into the first port?

Has anyone figured out exactly what files you need to get Intellivision games running on the jailbrake? I’m confused about this INTV2 file format that the Noir needs. Could someone gently nudge me in the right direction? Besides Intellivision I’ve been able to get mostly everything else running. I haven’t been able to find the exact files it needs for Odyssey 2 speech games tho based on the checksums in the jailbrake documentation.

They let the Analogue 8 trademark expire earlier this year. Since they never made a formal announcement it’s anyone’s guess. https://trademark.trademarkia.com/analogue-8-88306846.html But as others have said, I suspect we’ll see a stripped down NT at some point.

Just got a email saying my NT Mini Noir is shipping. I’m off work next week so hopefully FedEx will pick it up and deliver it with the quickness so I can have some quality time with it. Hopefully you guys will hear something soon too.

I’m missing issues 209, and 211+. It looks like 213 is the current issue in the UK from what I’ve been able to ascertain.

After this last batched shipped I moved up to 208. Glad to see some folks are starting to get these.

While I never got any replies to my messages to Retro Gamer (or the survey for that matter), my missing issues are starting to trickle in. Got one last week and two more today. They’re not arriving in any sort of numerical order, and look to be shipped from somewhere in the US.

I got the same survey and did the same. In the survey questions it mentioned temporarily storing issues, but this is the first I heard of that. Hopefully I’ll get a response back since my last inquiry has gone unanswered.

I’ve sent CDR’s via Media Mail tons of times without issue. I have a pile of these too that I’ve been thinking of letting go for the cost of postage to keep them out of landfills. Can you recycle these discs? Offering these for cost of shipping and not for profit like those Etsy folks, is cool in my book. I’m sure someone could put these to use.

I haven’t received any subscription copies since issue 205 as well. I was sent two replacement issues when I contacted them, and they showed up fine after a couple months. I tried contacting them again last week via their new website, but haven’t heard back yet. I recently finished my run of Retro Gamer a few weeks ago, so hopefully all my missing issues will show up okay. I did order a few new issue binders which came in just fine, so there’s hope yet.

I have a couple Cospa track jackets. They run smaller than US sizes but are still manageable. Much better than normal Japanese sizes which are not compatible with my 6’3” frame. This is a lovely jacket and I love Macross, but I already have a jacket problem. Good luck with the sale!

If you're not doing any hardware mods, just modding it to play emulators and homebrew, there are some very good guides that will walk you through it. If I can pull it off anyone can.

That sounds crazy, have a picture? For the most part a PSP is pretty easy to mod in this day and age. Be sure to search for a recent guide and you’ll be good.
