  1. That’s a beautiful package. [emoji7]
  2. Not exactly what you’re looking for, but I’ve been using this mini keyboard with a mouse touchpad on back that works quite well for me. https://a.aliexpress.com/_mMzedVg
  3. Oh my bad, thanks for the clarification. It’s been awhile since I’ve used a stock PSP.
  4. That’s how I got my copies too. As much as I was sad to see the Dreamcast go the fire sales were spectacular. Or they weren’t born yet. [emoji1]
  5. I think so, but to be honest it’s been awhile since I was a heavy PSP user. All this talk has been making me think I should get mine out and fire it up!
  6. If you're not going to jailbreak or buy digital games (is this even still a thing on PSP?) you wouldn't need a very big one at all for game saves. Unless you're wanting to put MP3s and videos on your PSP. In the times before smart phones that was a pretty amazing thing to do. I don't know what old memory sticks sell for these days, so maybe look for one in your budget? I would suggest jail-breaking to run games off of memory stick tho since they load faster and use less battery power. Plus MicroSDs are huge in comparison. I'm sure you could find a good guide to ripping your own games if you don't want to go full on piracy.
  7. I recommend jailbreaking your PSP and using a memory stick to MicroSD card adapter. Most bang for your buck when it comes to memory on the PSP IMHO. Good luck!
  8. Yikes [mention]Reaperman [/mention] that doesn’t sound like any fun! I have the old PCB material case that Mister Addons used to sell so I never had that problem. I hope the extension gets you sorted!
  9. Just get a compatible Bluetooth dongle, pair it up, and you’re good to go. FWIW I’ve been using this one for awhile now and it’s been solid: Bluetooth Adapter for PC, ZEXMTE Bluetooth USB Adapter 5.0 Bluetooth Dongle Bluetooth Receiver,Bluetooth Adapter for PC Windows 10/8/7 for Desktop, Laptop, Mouse, Keyboard, Headsets, Speakers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0775YF36R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KW36E10NX8D7RH2TA4EQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  10. I got a couple of those cheap adapters from Amazon. The controllers work great but I can’t get rumble to work. No idea if this is because of the adapter or core. I did pick up a used PS5 controller for a good deal and rumble works just fine with that. But I haven’t gotten it to work with my 8bitdo SF Pro either. Hopefully these issues will get ironed out in the coming weeks now that it’s public.
  11. I’ve been playing with the beta PSX cores these past few weeks so I’m pretty excited it’s got a public release now. It’s really great and will only get better.
  12. Thanks Al, payment sent. I can't wait! Thanks again for facilitating this group buy, I really appreciate it!
  13. I finally got around to trying out the beta of the PlayStation core tonight and I’m blown away. I can’t believe what has been accomplished with the Mister. Looking forward to the public release of this and hopefully the Saturn core isn’t too far behind now that 32X is here.
  14. I find the easiest way to identify if your console is a 1-chip model is to open it up and take a look. Here’s a handy guide: https://www.retrorgb.com/1chipsnes.html Of course you’ll need to have a gamebit screwdriver. Hope this helps!
  15. I’m not familiar with these issues, but a new firmware update was just released for the 5x. So maybe some of these were addressed?
  16. I’m in the July to September window for the middle model. It looks super cool!
  17. For what it's worth, my briefcase setup I got from Keith in 2014 is still going strong. I'd highly recommend seeing what he has for sale.
  18. I have the same problem with my PVM and found the same solution. [emoji1]
  19. Thanks, I’m pretty excited about it. When I asked how much it was the guy asked me if $20 sounded good before I countered with $10. They clearly wanted it gone. It also came with 90 days of AOL! [emoji1]
  20. Not exactly a console or strictly a thrift find, but I wasn’t sure where else to post this. Hit up the final day of a estate sale this weekend and picked up this 366Mhz Celeron setup. I had no idea it was half off day when I offered them $10 since it wasn’t priced, so I was pretty happy getting it all for $5. Super clean and looks like it was only used for Internet, Office, and syncing a palm pilot. Replaced the battery, set the boot partition, and it booted right up. Been enjoying reading@eightbit's 486 build thread, so I hope to get this running as a gaming computer real soon.
  21. I have the 5x and I like it quite a bit. There are some good reviews on YouTube that can help you decide if it’s for you. Good luck!
  22. I just had something ship from the Ukraine too with tracking and it confused me as well.
