I'd be more excited about a new Mario Cart than a new Halo. I've never been able to get into Halo..but I I'm not discounting the game as tons of people like it, so I'm sure it's great. Anyway, the point is that since not everyone adores the same system, yes it is possible for some people to be more excited about one thing than another and that doesn't mean any of us should talk shit or laugh at each other. Wow, that sounds really weird coming from me.

Illegal or not, coming to this site and making a total ass of himself in front of the entire community is not a wise decision. What I don't get (and maybe I'm completely missing something here) is that everyone is pissy about how illegal they feel it is to cancel the auction by selling it to someone privately, umm, isn't this a burned copy?!

How much is it costing to send a certified letter? I understand that you guys are upset over this and that it's the principle of the matter, etc, but it doesn't seem that many of you are really out very much money. If this were an ebay auction, you'd file a complaint, leave negative feedback, and chalk it up to a bad experience. Like someone mentioned earlier, file the complaint..everyone here now has this person blacklisted..why lose even more money by sending certified letters and talking about taking legal action?

The auction still has 2 days left anyway, the price will go way up and out of your price range, no doubt. Besides, you can do a search by description and title on eBay which I assume most people do. This is a community, not everyone only has you in mind
