    We have the Nuon, XBox, and PS2 for DVD players and we only use the NUON for playing DVD's. The others can't compare. I'm suggesting the NUON because you said you're looking more for quality. The game selection is pretty poor for the NUON and they're hard to find (at least in our area). As a DVD player, it's awesome and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for $80. We bought it when it first came out for more than twice as much!

    My brother got this game for Christmas with the headset (mind you, he was standing in front of the bathroom mirror with his headset on videotaping himself saying "mayday, mayday" :roll:. I watched him play it last night and it looked like a darned good game.

    Not all the time. But quite often here lately I get page unreachable when trying to come to AA. I'd say this is about the 6th time since this Friday. Usually I keep refreshing until it come available. I try other sites at that time (like yahoo and ebay) and can get there fine. Sometimes it goes on for so long i just give up. Is it my wacky home PC again or had anyone else noticed this??

     

    Sounds to me like Al is trying to tell you something. :ponder:

    There's a GameStop a couple of blocks from my  house.  The NES section consists of nothing more than tons of Mario Bros/Duck Hunt games though.

     

    Ahh, sorry to hear it stinks so bad. If you like I could pick you up a selection of .99 and 1.99 games the next time I'm in Des Moines and hold them for you, if you didn't care what titles they were (no Duck Hunt or Mario Bros I promise). They always have tons of shit, I never have a problem getting three or more new games I didn't have each time I go.

     

    That'd be awesome! I'll PM you a list later of what I already have..don't worry, it's pretty short.
