Using driving controllers sounds interesting, but it likely won't happen. Very few people own the original driving controllers, and neither do I.

The thing about the starmap in PDP Spacewar is that the ships were so small and the action slow (read inertia / gravity) .. that stars gave a background for relative relative perspective of motion. (did I make sense here?)

 

Any gameplay elements that you add to Spacewar would be welcome!
