  1. Oh, do we call it puzzle bobble because of licensing? How about Bubble bubble or Bubble Blower :)

I think that is should be a game the big 2600 guys should work on. If they don't I think I might. I've been meaning to get into 2600 programing. Just haven't had any good concepts.

  2. I remember seeing a mock 2600 Transformers Atari Cart Label. Where was that. Anyway, probably true on the Scooby Doo, although scooby was popular in the late 70s. But I guess that was before "franchise branded video games" became popular.

  3. Everyone always says how bad E.T. was. I mean, what kind of game Could it have been? I guess flying the bicycle through the air might have been better but gee, the movie doesnt have many elements to base a great game on. I think its pretty fun except for the tedious-ness of getting out of holes.

  4. Nope, I have the real roms already. Real ROMS cannot be used legally without owning a real machine. So if yuo want to distribute and emulator you can't use them because Infogrames owns the rights to them. I heard there is a Freeware Atari 800 one that is not owned by Atari Inc.

that's what I'm trying to find.

  5. Besides that, the 7800's hardware is extra flaky. THey blow up for no reason sometimes.

I'd much rather have the 5200 to 7800 adapter "Slam-Pam" as a project. Anyone out there have the skills to make that happen?

  6. These are one of a kind source code disks, not typical game downloads. I do ned to be able to read these disks.

How about a good whole disk copier. Maybe one that can do copy prottected disks better because it has a sector nibler? That would help.

I know both of these utilities exist on C-64 but I have only found one for the 8-bit. Disk Wizard II seems to be much better than DOS copy.
