It's not an easy game, I understand. -

33,500 Missed the chance to get a screenshot. I made it into the castle, but I picked the wrong choice after! 70,650 With some practice, I've learned to do a lot better. It seems in the later rounds, having just one friend to guide through the castle entrance makes it easier. Unfortunately, that damn vulture is another story! -

16,950 Made it to the Jungle Stage, then accidentally shot one of my friends. The others were bonked by the coconuts the monkeys threw. I'll play again later when I'm more awake. 25,300 Did a bit better this time around. Started with the volcano, followed by the desert then the cave. Unfortunately, after that I made the mistake of going to the castle. A map of some kind would be handy. -

Sorry I haven't contributed much. I'm going through a rough spot at my job. I'll be leaving in a week or so, so hopefully I'll be back to my normal self soon. -
Streamline nintendo clone w/ light gun, fishing pole

I always stray away from those things personally. I've heard they're illegal and most of the games are glitchy. -

Bosconian for the Atari 2600? I never would've thought it possible until now!

I've earned the rank of Leader! I also joined the Order of the H.E.R.O. (or should that be Order of the H.E.R.O.I.N.E.?)

Season 6 - The New HSC - Week 27 = Tanks But No Tanks

Combat: 10 (I think of it as target practice with a randomly moving target.) I hate how the tank moves so slowly. -

It's not so much the perverted content that the fact that most of them are, well, pretty poor quality in terms of game play. Like, Custer's Revenge, for example, all you do is move left and right dodging arrows, then when you get to the end, you rapidly press the fire button. Granted, there's the variation with cacti, but still. The only thing you do is move left and right and rapidly tap the fire button. Also, Beat 'Em And Eat 'Em/Philly Flasher. It's more like a cheap knockoff of Kaboom! in my opinion. Knight on the Town/Lady In Wading is really unusual in my opinion in that you're trying to build a bridge in the shortest possible time. My biggest gripe here is with the controls, in that your character moves rather slowly and the jumping mechanism is a bit off. I could go into more detail, but that's just a few of my examples. Yes, I know they're adults only games, but I still think the designers used the adults only theme as a way to appeal to older audiences in hopes that they'd ignore the poor game play.

37,050 A nice adaptation, but I ended up getting bored later on. -
I found by enabling all four directions on the joystick in Stella allows for better joystick emulation, meaning better speed... and Yours Truly stepping up to receive her Gold Medal!

Any tips for playing The Activision Decathlon on emulator?
Lauren Tyler posted a topic in Atari 2600
I've tried a lot of things but no matter what, I can't seem to run as fast as I could. For some reason the speed goes down at some points. Any tips on what to do? -
After doing some mental math I believe these would be #17 and #18 respectively. By the way, does anyone have any tips for playing Decathlon on emulator? No matter how hard I mash the keys, I don't run very fast.

I was SO close to getting a perfect score in Pitfall 2, but that frog near the end got me... again! Oh well.
