Pharaoh's Curse, Miner 2049er, Star League Baseball, Shamus, Pathfinder, Star Raiders, Donkey Kong, Joust, Montezuma's Revenge, and Ixion are my favorites.

Adventure II is exclusive at this point, and is a lot of fun.
5200 Realsports Basebal is great, and unique to the Atari consoles.
Take a look at the homebrews for sale at the Atari Age store. They're all good.

I'd DK a slight edge over Jr.
First, it looks more like the original.
Second, it's more fun, and less frustrating.

I didn't notice a video game crash in 1983. I missed it completely.
My friends and I were still gaming on the Atari 800, and every now and then we would go back and play the 2600 or Intellivision as well. The arcades in my town seemed to hang on for a few more years. But by then, high school ushered in a new bunch of interests and we didn't mind the loss of the arcades (until after college). And then the Sega Genesis caught our attention and there didn't seem to be a crash at all. We missed it. There seemed to be a seemless transition from Atari to Nintendo to Sega to Sony. But I was never very fond of Nintendo (save for the Donkey Kong games) or Sony. And then I found Atari Age and got back into the Atari systems.

Hello all,
my favorite joystick, the seemingly unbreakable Wico Boss has finally failed after 30 years. The button will not work if you are moving right. It will work if you are still or moving left. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or know a solution to get it working like normal again? Or rather, is it even fixable?
Thanks!

My favorite and most played is Pac-Man 8k, a hack by Nukey Shay. It's on the threads here and is great. It has the original VCS board design, but the proper colors and effects and even intermissions.

I like your hack idea.

Amazing! I hope this one gets to cartridge one day. Especially a day when I receive a paycheck.

I liked Suspended, Zork, and Starcross(it came in a flying saucer, I think this was the title). They were all Infocom and very addictive and difficult.
-
Steeplechase, loose copy.
Now I need to find some more paddle controllers and it'll be a party.

A few Wico Boss joysticks were all that was left. But they're still working and in good shape.

Fixed!!! Thanks to RT and GroovyBee.

The saying is "trust, but verify," but I trusted without verifying. I think I should be punished by being locked inside of a huge jar stuffed full of Jelly Bellies.
I'd poke holes in the top of the jar so you'd still get some air.
I misunderstood which field you meant, so I deleted the address/url up top of my webpage. I didn't realize there was a field in my actual profile settings that needed to get the boot.
So I did as you and GroovyBee suggested correctly and it worked. Thanks again. You gave the right answer right away. And it took this long to get into my thick skull.

Thanks RT. It was worth a try.
I tried it, but it didn't work, so I tried a variety of URLs from pages leading to the profile update page.
Maybe it's a browser issue?

Bump.
I tried the suggestion from the RT link (deleting the http), but no luck.
Is this affecting anyone else?
I've also tried using my wife's MacBook Pro. Still the same error.

Bosconian (There is someone working on a clone of this in the homebrew section--Yippee!).
-
Thanks RT.
I played some Seaweed Assault today.
So double thanks.

Hello,
I can't seem to update my profile. Each time I try, I get an error message saying "Oops, something went wrong!" and something about a problem with the URL. I've tried Firefox and Rekonq. I'm using Debian Wheezy (Debian 7). Perhaps the browsers are too old?
Thanks for any help!

SeaWolf (homebrew)
Air-Sea Battle
Freeway and
Combat
are four that my little son likes to play.
He sometimes digs Human Cannonball
and Sky Diver as well.

If this gets released and runs on a 48k 800 then I'm there!
But until that time, the 5200 version sure is awesome.
-
This is great. Bosconian, er Draconian is a game I loved in the arcade and have always hoped to see on the VCS.
I can't wait for this to be released in cartridge form! Well, I can wait and will wait, but you know what I mean.
