It's at bootup, like bad ROMs or something. I'll do it with smilies. THe background is green. Like that, only in black blocks.

Anyone know what low-res blocks that go down after about 5 blocks on boot-up mean? I was using it earlier that day with no lines at boot-up. After about an hour, I turned it back on, I got the lines for the first time. Can I fix it, or is it a lost cause?
