No! NO!!!
Don't succumb to the cult of Mythicon hatred that Russ is purveying!!!! The Sorceror music is second only to Pitfall II which cheated by using a chip! Down with Froggo! BOooo!!!
OK, Mythicon sucks, but I really do like that song.

I still maintain that "Everyone Says Hi" is about Major Tom!
Congrats scooter!
-
"B"
The character is Major Tom and the songs are:
Space Oddity (early)
Ashes to Ashes (middle)
Everyone Says Hi (recent)

That was you I bid against? Sorry for bumping up the price on you, and congrats on the Jr. Pac deal!

What's really funny is that if you search for box of crap you'll get 3 different auctions!
And how about this "Pile O' Crap"? I really want it! Too expensive though...

I don't collect them but I am looking for the January 1984 issue. DO you have an extra? If so, have a look at my trade list, or I can pay cash.

I got one at Radio Shack and it works great. I can probably tell you the part number when I get home from work.

I have an extra... what are you going to give me for it?

I took a stab at some prices for my O2 games. See my post above.
Also, I noticed that you had a Skeet Shoot for trade in another thread. If you still had that I'd be interested.
-
That still leaves the problem of clarity unresolved. You need to know whether it says "Pad four please" or "Mad whore cheese".

If you count vintage computers that are/were primarily used for games then the Commodore 64 gets my vote. For just consoles, it's the Atari 2600. Colecovision is probably second after that. Then maybe Genesis. It's hard to say.
Least favorite console? Even harder to say since I haven't tried them all. I do have a pretty strong dislike of the NES though.
Portables? I only have a GBA and Game Gear. I think the GBA is a better system, but games are still too pricey for me so the GG gets the most game time.

Imagic is probably my second favorite 3rd party producer. I love Quick Step, Demon Attack and Laser Gates, but my favorite has to be Cosmic Ark. I really liked Dragonfire as a kid, but it just doesn't do much for me now.

Since I've won a couple contests over here on AtariAge, I thought it only fair to let you all know about my own contest that I'm running on the Digital Press forums:
http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8097
It began yesterday and ends at midnight on Saturday. It's a toughie so you people should really like it!

Hi! If you don't mind splitting up this lot, I'd be interested in the following games:
Alien Addition
Early Learning Fun
Hustle
Othello
and all 8 game manuals.
I have a bunch of Atari joysticks and games as well as NES games for trade.

Am I the only one who likes Robotron on the 5200?
Pitfall II is another favorite of mine.
Overall though, I prefer Colecovision. *runs and hides*
-
I meant to verify that I got the cart as soon as I got it, but it slipped my mind. Anyway, thank you Philip and Tim!
-
Hey there Kepone! I've got these:
Atari 5200 - Frogger
Colecovision - Gorf
Colecovision - Ladybug
Colecovision - Mouse Trap
If you want them, make me an offer.

I have about 10 with your typical non-working buttons. Don't know if that would help.

Epyx is the only mfr I have a complete collection for.
Here are a few that are close to completion (US releases only, no label variants), and the carts I need:
CBS: Tunnel Runner (which I had once, but someone offered me $20 for it and I couldn't resist)
Data Age: Frankenstein's Monster, Ssssnake
Imagic: Shootin' Gallery, Subterrania
Milton Bradley: Spitfire Attack (not saying much, is it?)
Mythicon: Fire Fly
Vidtec: Sneak 'n Peak
Ones I would like to complete, but I'm not really close:
Activision: need 15 (out of 48 )
Parker Brothers: need 8 (out of 21)
Sega: need 7 (out of 9)
Starpath: need 8 (out of 12)

Sega advise – what to do ???

What I do with stuff for systems that I don't actively collect or play that much is put it all in my trade box. If I can trade it for something I do collect or want to play of equal value, great! If not, well it''s still in my collection so no loss.
You've got a unique situation with your 32X collection though. The fact that it's complete is a big part of it's value. How long has it been sitting around? If you really want to get rid of it and maximize your cash, I would eBay the whole thing as one lot. The fact that it's a complete collection will drive the price up. Stupid, I know, but that's eBay!
