sadly it is not worth a deeper search for information.
it is just another Pole Position cart..... but you could provide more information on the next request.

is it a red, or a silver or a gray label? is the "p" on the backside, or is the "P" it on the toplabel next to the title?
this makes it easier for all who are willing to help you.best is a picture of the cart

I think this is the right place to post it. If not, let me know and I'll move. Or someone in charge can move.
Anyway, I have the manual for the 2600 version of Pengo in hand. Looks like this hasn't been scanned yet, which I assume means it's uncommon. Does anyone have any tips on how to best scan and add this to the database?
Hi Dubis,
many thanks for your offer.
The manual for the 1984 version is scanned and in the database.
http://www.atariboxed.com/index.php?go=detail&modul_refnumber=2665
scroll down to the bottom of the site.
... but I think you may mean the Atariage database.
http://atariage.com/system_items.php?SystemID=2600&ItemTypeID=MANUAL
This has not been updated for a long time and is used more for a rough overview of the games.

but if you want to contribute some scans, then 300dpi would be perfect

I'm in the process of putting together a list of atari 2600/VCS distributors. Maybe you can contribute something.
Do not ask me for what I need it.
Maybe just like that, or to integrate on the website someday. I always wanted to summarize it since a longer time.
Or is there already such a list somewhere?i have some others in mind, but can not remember the names right now.
and i have to check some consoles and manuals at home too.
here is my compilation from the Lunch break (upgradeable)

what serialnumber does your good and bad version have?
7525-9A
... and which cart is inside the open box? colored glossy label or only black/white?
it looks like the UK White Version.
All boxes of this series have poor quality.
Some even without inlet.

-
Yes,
PAL Version (Black Picture Label) is much rarer that the NTSC Version (silver Label).
According to my current knowledge i am not aware that ever a boxed PAL version was found.
Most of the carts were found in the Scandinavian countries. (Northern Europe)
Some came with a Video rental box.i can not remember about a manual.
Anyway, i have sold a boxed NTSC Version some month ago for US$65

congrats to your Zoo Fun find.

SS-001 to SS-020 is collectable over time.
Starting at number SS-021, it is getting harder and harder up to number SS-036.
It is all the better, if you find again a title for your collection.

Finding these games from this manufacturer is a real challenge and we still have some gaps in the database.
But maybe someome can contribute a scan?
I do not think many collectors have ever heard of them, although the titles are predestined for the die-hard-collectors.
They are really nice to look at.
Or does anyone have one to trade or sell
I think have a three-quarters box only left to trade. (flaps missing)

I've had some good luck reproducing Kids controller overlays using cardstock and "rolling" a large marble over an area to indent. Makes buttons!
Anyways, I'm giving my two kids the CTW deluxe package for Christmas (all four games and 2 kids controllers), but I'm missing a Cookie Monster Munch overlay.
Can someone post a high resolution scan (like 300 dpi or more) ? It would be seriously appreciated.
Wasn't able to find a nice image floating around on the internet last I checked. Also if anyone is interested in reproducing homemade ones of their own, I can post scans of my originals for the other three games.
I hope the scan comes just in time.

Here are the titles of which I know (two more)
it seems i must add the missile command to the database
would you make me a scan from your missile command?
-
May I ask which other titles you have already seen or found?
I like the carts with the only original stickers more than the overglued ones.
-
i have added some more boxed games.

Hi AlwaysOnPlanetPatrol,
i saw your other post about your find. Congrats to that.
The boxes are indeed in a really nice condition.
i would be happy if you can provide some scans for the database.
A scanned front and back of the box with 300dpi as jpg would be the best. No need to flatten the Box.
Would you also scan in addition to the cart the toplabel? i prefer to show both.
... and yes you can send uncropped files to [email protected]
i have to thank you for asking.
