  1. then these PAL carts without the P are in australian boxes with serialnumbers beginning with 2xxxx ? Popeye Q*Bert Super Corba Tutankham if they have a P then the serialnumbers on boxes should begin with 5xxx Amidar Frogger Reactor Spider Man Is that so?
  2. A PAL version is much more difficult to find than a NTSC version. But I miss the P-Sticker on your cart. Normally, Australian Parker PAL versions have a P when the game was sold in the NTSC box. Do you have the box? Serialnumber of the box? Unless it is a European Parker PAL-version in the NTSC box, then the Pal-carts do not have a P sticker. Maybe there are exceptions, which I would still have to look for and confirm.
  3. This is probably due to the fact that there are no PAL games included in the database. The heading says Atari 2600 Game & Price Guide (NTSC) btw: nice project
  4. I like the sight of the red label series. Completing the PAL Titles is much more difficult than the NTSC Series. If you are planing to collect them, be sure to have some extra dollars for some titles.
  5. Do you have the 1983 or the 1986 version? the 1986 PAL-Version is much rarer than the 1983 PAL-Version, but i doubt that you can find a collector, who is willing to pay much more for it. Is it boxed or only the loose cart? btw: the international manual for the 1986 version is black&white.

Now that's how you bring arcades back! Offer people an amazing gaming experience the likes of which there would be no way for them to have at home, and charge a reasonably low price to go do it. =)

  7. I am tired to reply newly registered singleposters for price inquiry.

jaybird3rd, you my friend can ask anything! :) We're just talking about NEW people who've never posted before asking pricing questions. I've seen many of them get answers and then are never seen or heard from again... all while leaving yet another unused account of Atari Age.

  8. Super Cobra, Popeye and Q*Bert are from the "French" Series. Frogger is from the "International" Series. All games are PAL
  9. i am only collecting different years. (NTSC AND PAL) sure i have some label variations in my closet, but for me they are not worth collecting. There are also some companies, which is not accurate to say whether it is a variation or another year. Especially with Pirate carts is difficult to say. If in doubt, place in the cabinet.
  10. hi, is the Atari-Logo and the Serialnumber on the label "white" or "black"? It would not surprise me if it is black and the label says © 1986 ATARI. CORP. (maybe 1987 or 1988, but these have red endlabels too) nothing special. only the standard cart of this year. a pic would be helpful for a more accurate answer. btw: it is a NTSC cart
  11. yes, your error is reproducible. This is because the URL of your png has a not allowed file extension .php
  12. hmm, good question. It never came to my mind, create a explanation of the rating scales. I will put this on our (more than full) ToDo List. But It's similar to the AtariAge description. I like it. Ours is perhaps a more nuanced, because of the loose cart and the CiB ratings. ( we need to update the ratings some are outdated )
  13. nope sadly i never got a response from this guy.
  14. I can not tell you exactly how rare it is, but it should be not to hard, to find one. Sometimes i see one of these, when i am at a retro event. I have one boxed (PAL) in my collection. But i can not say you by heart, whether i have ever seen one at a NTSC Cart. i can check this in my collection, maybe tomorrow.
  15. I can also confirm it. We have dug one out of Knecht's closet. I love it to investigate such tricky cases. Again, great discovery and thanks for posting. Also worth mentioning is that the other sides of the box and the manual is identical to the PAL international version.
  16. english manuals from "Save our Ship" and Pharao's Curse" are available in the database. Is anyone interested in a translation from the Nuts manual? I would not do it themselves, but only post the results of the google translator here. wasn't a manual in the box from the NTSC conversion repro? i'm going to look for an English manual in the closet first.
  17. So far we have three different manuals in the red Space Invaders Boxes. a english red style manual, a english blackwhite manual, a german manual. would be nice to know, if other languages exist. if we look at the pics, everything is possible in the box ,
  18. we have only integrated the Red(blue) Space Invaders manuals by now, because that was the next in line. The manual is the same as for the other red. atariboxed.com/Space Invaders
  19. They are already for a few days on our website. I totally forgot to post that here. atariboxed.com/Technovision choose a title and scroll down the page, there you can find the newly added manualbox
  20. Fine. That is the only right way of collecting. Only my Red collection is not completely sealed, but my Airmaster is.
  21. hard to find - Pharao's Curse harder to find - Nuts hardest to find - Save our Ship (also the manuals) These games are just for hardcore PAL collectors.
