Uh, anyway...on the PS2, I like how some become trash cans upon deleting them (City Crisis, XGIII).
Silent Hill 2- pulsating doghouse, I think it depends on which ending you saved.
Silent Hill 3- strutting bunny (from amusement park).
Simpsons Road Rage- hopping Homer (becomes Blinky 3-eyed fish upon deleting)
BTW, the Devil May Cry (& RR5) icons cry when you delete them!
You dont have to actually delete these to see, just answer "no" when asked if you're sure.
Several more games, but none saved- I usually erase them when I beat them if I dont need the savegame data.

@Peterghiea- in the throne room there's a secret door (part of the wall) marked w/ a small, yellow inverted 'L', but I dont think it's the door you mean.
The only door I recall I got stuck on early was on like the 3rd flr. Look around- you should find more chains w/ scrolls on the floor nearby. You have to assemble the scrolls into a poem (read them in a certain order) & pull the corresponding chains. Then, pull the lone chain & the door SHOULD open.
If you were more specific w/ where you/the door is/what floor, etc. I'd try to help out.
The game IS playable & beatable. It takes a while, but that's what saving is for!

PSX Atari Collection 2 version is the best I have out of 3 versions.
Of course, the Lynx version is one unto itself...

Jeez- need attention much, lady?
How much for the giant Playmobil figure in the corner?

Maybe she'll use the money to buy a Thighmaster.

@Kenshi- To answer your 1st question- "Flashback".

Atari 800XL version- 773,550 Stage 70
Got to Earth at least 3x.
BEAT IT!

Get the Jaguar Gamer's Guide by Meston & Arnold. It's Flashback walkthru is reportedly based on the Genesis/SNES versions, but it worked for my Jag game. Just the level passwords are different.

I've developed a righteous hatred of Sony...No kidding...as evidenced by your first post!

My PS2 has been chugging along fine since Launch Day.

@infaction: if you're looking for a "Kart-clone"/alternative there are SEVERAL far less expensive than Jag AK, for the systems listed near the end of your first post...

A nearby TRU is still selling N64 stuff...

I think most of the points requirements for patches are easier on AA:
Beamrider: 40K pts(VCS) vs 2500 pts(AA)
Crackpots: 75K vs 17,500 pts
Kaboom: 3K vs 200 pts
are but a few. From a recent Tips & Tricks magazine: "The patches...are very scarce today. A common patch...is worth $10-15, while uncommon...fetch as much as $150 from a collector!...put them in a safe place."
Back then I sent in for the Sub Club (Seaquest) patch & they sent back the (then unknown by me) 1,000,000 laser Blast patch! I thought it was just a generic one & it wasnt what I wanted so I didnt keep it. I dont know where it is now!

Did you read the initial post? There's a problem accessing Schematic or Log. IIRC the Self-Destruct sequence is a separate choice, neither of these.

My local (one of 3) GameStop has a sh*tload of NES & Genny games.

Where did you hear you had to use the computers to save?
After about the 3rd or 4th time through the game, there's no real need to even use the computers, except those in the MedLabs.

Unbelievable.
Great score!!!

@CPU- How's 'bout clearing out some of that ATARI stuff?

-
@Gunstar- SURELY you realize it's a joke, right? You didn't fall for this?
You think he'd ever actually admit to "getting a local girl pregnant"?
At least you voted for him...

I don't mean to turn people away from here, but I think some members already know about it, Digital Press has a (couple) similar topics I've posted to...some members' "appetites for destruction" are insane...

I have a hard time getting thru the red drone attack in the first mission! This game is challenging to the point of being nearly impossible. Recently I sat down to play & got thru mission 5(?) w/ no problem, something I never did before.
Dunno any god code, but there's a cheat out there to unlock/access any mission...

Anyone mention Sega's Congo Bongo cart?
I truly thought I was playing a test/beta version or something...

2600 paddles=roller controllers=mini trackballs???

I found the Intellivision Classics CD for the PSX to be total crap. I had some fun w/ Hover Force, but could NOT get into any other game. Golf was just horrible- I cant believe anyone would favor it over even the 2600 version! I sold the disc to GameStop for less than half what I bought it for less than a week before.
I was weaned on the 2600, never had/played Inty, maybe I'm biased?

Ice Hockey rocks

A buddy & I always play Ice Hockey when we get together for some classic gaming.
There's something to be said for it's 2-on-2 simplicity, & those rink-length riccochet shots are the BEST!
