If I were back home right now, I'd be seeking medical attention pronto. Here, I'm stuck in a sharepoint conference that I can't fully hear with what feels like ice picks in my eardrums. Is this hell? Did the plane crash?

So the front desk has directed me to wait until their gift shops open. They keep banker hours. Maybe they'll have enough pills to make the corners round, but I doubt it. If not I'm really screwed. This hotel looks like it's only accessible from the freeway and was built in the middle of a swamp. A taxi ride anywhere looks like it involves about $30 each direction to see civilization.

let me know if you find anything that works, I get this problem a lot from wearing earplugs at work, I have yet to find a solution that works...
