    After 2 weeks, my new UPS just dropped power for no reason--which powered my projector off improperly. Preventing that is its one and only job.

      I think a projector would draw a lot of power to power that lightbulb and run the projector software. Maybe it is too much for the UPS to handle.

      Should have handled 330w, and the projector's current mode is 198 (full blast is 276). Even if it were to be overloaded, why didn't it wait for a power failure to screw me?
