Not much of a jag fan here, but Super Burnout was a pretty darn good representation of the 'sprite racer' genre. Have a look at some vids of it. It's not some amazing super-app that's worth the total cost of jaguar ownership by itself, but it is a really solid game and one that I see as being clearly better than competing titles on the 16-bit systems.
