i was just wondering if it would be at all possible for scans of the comics to be put on the site for those of us who dont have them this would especially be useful for games like SQ where theyre needed for the game just a thought thanks is

ok school started monday and i got some lit and from that i got some ideas for games (whether original or hack) (note: i dunno any games that these could be hacked from also keep in mind that i havent thought these out too much ) see what you guys think 1.)- Beowulf: you could run around as the title hero chasing the grendel and do you darndest to kill him or his mom or the dragon just a thought 2.)- Sigfried the Dragon Slayer: you run around as good ol Siggy trying to slay the dreaded dragon, Fafnir, in your quest for immortality well thats all i got what do you think any expansions on those or am i just day dreaming too much

this idea came to me today what if we made toys of the atari characters like the hero from bezerk and one of the robots (it could even blow up!) or how about pitfall harry or some joust guys complete with ostriches so what do you guys think and what would be some other good ideas playsets and deluxe figs are the best

well this is very impressive all i have is one system (a sunnyvale heavy sixer which im proud of) and about 36 games the rarest of which is probably pengo but i love every minute of it

well sir im glad to see your interest in atari and welcome id just like to reiterate what good sir tiggerthehun said and add to not post about x box too much (at least not in the inapropriate forums) cuz ive seen some bad stuff with that

the first time i experienced atari was sometime in the late 80s i remember have a few consoles and i usually just watched my brothers play pitfall II and die but more recently it was when my gramma gave me her old atari for christmas this past year ive actually been able to beat some atari games now

man this took me forever to figure out well drac moves the same speed as you vertically but slower horizontally so what i do is move all the way to the right side by the prison and let him come to me then when he starts getting closer i move down and gradually under him until hes right above me then i just hold down the button and repel him into the prison and leave and chill to the awsome music hope this helps

hmmm my fave? toss up between bezerk and ghost manor dont know why i love ghost manor so much but i do its just awsome

ive heard of stamp collectors putting them into the freezer and then pulling them off ive never put a cart in my fridge but if someones willing to experiment then go for it

i tried posting a .bmp file and it wouldnt let me said it wasnt an attachable type of file or something i just wanted to post a pic i drew is there a way around this any help

all i have is a sunnyvale console and the only ones i have trouble with is the blasted imagic carts ive never had a label tear or anything like that

im no master by any means but this is what i do i always keep moving i just hold the joystick forward and push left or right if im shot at from the front i immediately turn left or right depending on the placement of the tank and move back fast until its passed if i hear the shot from behind then i look to see where it possibly came from on the radar and turn the opposite direction and pull back again and you can usually hit the flying yellow things by just moving backwards and firing at it my trick is to just keep moving it works for me so you can try and see if it works for you good luck

well im not sure but are all of those games 2600 games and mega man II is playing on the tv other than that im not sure oh and not necesarrily out of place but is that a promo system?

i have to admit that when i first saw this topoic and atari joes first few posts i was taken back thats not something id really expect to see here i respect your opinions joe just do you have any other words to describe your discontent i mean im pretty young and i know for a fact that their are users here years younger than i am and we get enough influencing from school and whatnot that we dont need stuff like that here i dont mean to offend anyone (the words didnt really offend me) i just look at this place as kind of a little get away and dont want to see it filled up with stuff like that personally ive only been to digital press once and i dont think ill go there again after that wierd head thing that screams at you or their little spokesmodels pics i was really surprised at a website that is supposed to be about classic gaming would have stuff like that oh well like they said, "cant we all just get along" please

I know for a fact that the 4.x versions of Netscape do not work very well with this forum software. I highly suggest using just about any browser except that one. That would include relatively recent (within the last year would be good) versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, Galeon, OmniWeb, etc. All of these should render the board much better than Netscape 4.x. Please let me know if your experiment with Internet Explorer worked. ..Al well i tried it with explorer and it worked just fine i think ill just stick with that p.s.- Albert- did you ever get a chance to see if you could get either of those pictures i sent on as my avatar just wondered thanks

well i typically use netscape 4.0 i think i never even thought to use a different browser right now im on explorer and am about to test it out if this message goes through then its the browser i guess ill have to do some more posting later to be sure
