  1. Was this across the board for all sales or just for items listed under the "Video Game" catagory ? this was changed like a year ago but again only for items listed under "Video Games" I have not had a problem as I just simply list under another catagory like Electronics or toys no one searches by catagory anyway I simple search by system like Atari, XE 8-Bit or whatever I may be interested in at the time. Anyway I have not seen an update to say all items are now subject to the hold but if so good bye Ebay/PayPal I cant allow MY money to be held and released when they feel like it. FND
  2. Last line of auction description "System may or maynot work. If not it may need some fixing or need to be looked at."
  3. Interesting mine came with the controllers each in there own box ?
  4. Without much more then your description so far I would say between a couple hundred to a couple thousand ea. for the 2600 and a little less on the 5200 but you will need to get some pictures and a list of titles before anyone could say for sure. I would recommend showing them hear and the people who know will jump in
  5. Cool, glad to see someone here got that set, I emailed early on and asked if it came with the insrtuctions and was told it did congradulations nice score FND

  10. It is a 2600 cart, Video Grow carts are rather rare Here is a link to the cart pictured on Atarimania http://www.atarimania.com/detail_soft.php?MENU=2&VERSION_ID=17256
  11. I am currently in the process of receiving some items from Australia the seller has talked to their post office and they quoted SEA MAIL @ 12 weeks Air Mail @ 4 days Both seem off 12 weeks seems like a long time and 4 days seems to fast ?
  12. If you mean anything I find in the future Yes I will be posting anything I find thats different. If you mean the #22 the only other difference not shown in the pictures above is when you win a big payout, there is a moving rainbow that appears across the middle of the slot machind just above the coin slot that stays their while the system calculates the payout. Its hard to get a picture before it goes away FND
  13. Yes sadly the Channel F does not have a big collector base and the 22 itself is a harder find game so its it may be awhile before we can figure out how many of the second version their may be True their may be other games that have alternate versions it never dawned on me to check it was only when I sold one of my 22's and noticed the difference when checking the game before I mailed it out. I have a large stash of channel F games so I may set aside a day or two to check them all and see if I can find other versions
  14. OK I recently found a alternate version of the Channel F Slot Machine Videocart #22 in two different production videocarts What I would like to find out is weather these are just an uncommon version found in the #22 videocarts or possibly a mistake that were only put into production carts on a more limited basis If anyone who ownes a number 22 could check and let us know what version you have it would very much be appreciated. OK here are the specifics I had two (recently sold one) they are both on boards with the Square cover over the ROM's and no Jumper (the blob type boards have a jumper that can be cut to turn the cart into a Checkers ) Here are pictures of the two different versions the PURSE version (one known to exist until now) and the NON PURSE version, starts with 500.00 and cannot be changed except by betting. Also this version has another option that the other does not by pressing the number 3 you get a slot machine that can be stopped one wheel at a time or all at once by holding down the controller top button, their is also a green screen with white corners that will appear when the number 4 is pressed (nothing can be done after this and reset must be pressed to continue) One last note the grafix in the slot machine are also different in the second version

  18. ] Your kidding right. For a non working unit. Have at it. I think $1800 is abusrd. HHW Think about it the boxed games could easily sell for 300.00 ea. or more , the Boxed Basic probably 500.00 the boxed data cassetts another 200.00 at least & the dust cover 100.00 thats 2400.00 and we still have not included the system and even in a non working condition its worth 600 . 3000.00 seems like a good deal considering you are never going to put this set together for anything less FND Good luck. If there is no hanky panky, It would go for around $1500, but this is not the case. HHW I will go on record and offer 3000.00 right now, I would be happy to buy it at that price. I can assure you there is no way this collection would only sell for 1500

  23. Only Local Pick-up is FREE. Read the shipping details within our listing; it is clearly explained Having two different shipping statements is not what I would call clear also it says NO local pick-up. Thanks for clearing it up, I now understand. Hope it does not cause any problems with the winner expecting free shipping as we all know not everyone reads all the auction details It is a nice lot and I may still bid
