Has anyone looked at the USPS tracking log (see below) This item was prepared for shipping on March 25 in JAPAN Arrived and a notice was left at the buyers address in USA on March 27 (even went though customs ?) I find this very hard to believe, door to door 2 days also notice only one notice was left over two week time frame and then returned dont they try more then once ? still not the sellers fault but I find the USPS Tracking info very hard to believe USPS TRACKING INFO Label/Receipt Number: EI52 2350 090J P Associated Label/Receipt: Detailed Results: Processed, April 14, 2009, 5:11 pm, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70113 Unclaimed, April 14, 2009, 9:31 am, METAIRIE, LA Notice Left, March 27, 2009, 12:50 pm, METAIRIE, LA 70003 Arrival at Unit, March 27, 2009, 10:44 am, METAIRIE, LA 70003 Processed, March 27, 2009, 6:48 am, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70113 Inbound Out of Customs, March 26, 2009, 1:12 pm Inbound Into Customs Inbound International Arrival, March 26, 2009, 1:01 pm, ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Foreign International Dispatch, March 26, 2009, 3:43 am, TOKYO INT, JAPAN Origin Post is Preparing Shipment Foreign Acceptance, March 25, 2009, 11:30 am, JAPAN

Again NOT THE SELLERS FAULT your issue is with the post office
-
Not the sellers fault, your issue is with your post office. The seller did all he could or should do why should he be held responsible ? did you contact them about the long wait and ask for tracking info ? you should of been asking questions and maybe you could of stopped this before it got returned. The seller had no way of knowing your post office is a problem, however according to your statement you have had prior issues once your item was taking longer then you expected you should of been checking.

Very interesting ebay item anybody know anything about this black vader 2600, sears, heavy sixer, 4 switch, 96 in 1 console, German Not mine but very intersting ebay auction link

They should be shown within the first post web page link, Maybe you will need to refreash the page once you open it up, sometimes your cache will hold the old page until you refreash it. LMK FND

Ha! I was thinking the same thing. I don't even know if my Channel F works, I think I plugged it in once and never touched it again. Oddly I have a pretty decent sized Channel F collection (only missing two or three games). Tempest Let me guess Hangman #18 Checkers #19 Casino Poker #25 maybe Video Whizball #20 These seem to have been produced in less numbers then the rest for some reason Glad to hear the little seeds of interest I have planted are starting to grow FND

:D Yes I noticed that after I posted the link in the first post, I can't fix it now or the link will go dead and updating the first post is not allowed When I do the final update with the coming new page (date codes) it will be fixed, I will contact Alex at that time and ask for permission to edit the first post Thanks for the heads up Here is a link to the web site with working links, just click on the "Yellow boarder" links at the top to move around BTW The proto page is not linked from within these pages Yet so you will need to use the link in the first post to get to that page for now Full Web site LINK (less proto page) use first post link for ProtoPage FND

Got the Emulatore working (thanks Impaler_26) so I have included some screen shoots you may have to refresh the web page after clicking on the link to see them Web page link FND

The post editing feature has been changed a while ago. You can ask Al to let you edit your first post in this thread. Thanks Impaler_26 I kinda remember that now. Oh well I took care of it myself by re-naming the file I linked the picture to I can still see it there. PM Albert, he will give you the power to edit it Its probably still in your cache but I am sure it can not be enlarged and once your cache is cleared or the page is refreshed it should not show up at all. Thanks again FND

Thanks Actually Those two are listed/pictured about half way down the page, BTW they both now reside in my collection Thats very cool, I would love to have some Channel F protos! I see those protos now, I was only looking at the picture in your post before. Yes I see how that can be confusing, I think I will remove that page scan as it does not have anything to do with the proto's, I only added it to show what my next update will be (list of videocart date codes found in the videocarts) EDIT Cant edit my first post ? Indeed having a few Channel F Proto's is very cool only took me like two years to finally work them loose from the original buyer/finder also included two Evaluation carts and a few other early carts. Its always a long time between finds for the Channel F so I have to make the most out of it when it happens, making the web page and sharing it here is a big part of it

I do have copies of the ROM's for most of them but I cant seem to figure out the emulator, if I can get it working I will add screen shots. maybe I should include the ROM's on the page as well. I will need to figure out where I found them and ask permission Are you using MESS? Channel F emulation works fine for me with it. Yes MESS but its not really the emulator as much as I cant figure out how to set it up after I download the zip. I am not sure how to set up the data base dont see a install program ? and have not been able to find a help file Happy Easter

Hello everyone Just finished updating my Fairchild Web Pages with a new page containing pictures of all the Channel F Proto's I know exist. For the time being the page can only be accessed using the following link Fairchild Channel F Proto page The reason it can only be found through the above link is I will be updating with another page containing scans and lists of all the Videocart ASSEMBLY DATE's found printed on the inside of the cart covers and on the PCB's (over 150 carts) when I finish that page I will add the links to both pages throughout the site so they can be accessed from within the web site Here is a page scan of what the update will look like (wont look exactly like this as this is my Excel data base version) anyway it should give a very good idea of when the Videocarts were being produced and the dates each were released Hope this will be of interest to a some of you

Do you have a power supply attached two the system (some power through the T.V. switch box) have you also tried manualy turning the system to channel 3 (some T.V. wont tune to that channel unless done manualy)

I would refund his money and politely tell them unless you can send it to their confirmed paypal address they cannot use that payment option (and if you do mail it the the CONFIRMED ADDRESS make sure its mailed with Delivery Confirmation and signature required), I would also include the types of payments you will accept, Postal Money orders are very safe and can be cashed at any post office on the spot.

The plot thickens. First off...few people are going to trust you enough to send money via direct transfer (through a bank or Western Union). Second...due to American banking laws, it is fairly difficult and expensive to do a bank transfer to a foreign bank. Direct transfers between European banks are simpler, but American buyers are pretty much stuck using PayPal or similar services which charge a fee. Your chances of selling these games (to North American buyers) commission-free are slim to none. Add this to your already high asking price and you're just about killing your chances of selling any of these to non-European buyers. Exactly between the bank transfer fees and high shipping cost from Italy to the US I can not even offer the 20.00 I originally stated, banking transfer fees for US buyers are just to expensive Oh well this puts me out but I do sincerely wish you luck as I am sure you can use the money to help you through the down turn FND

I can afford one of each title at 20.00 ea. (100.00 + Ship) plus shipping to the USA ? I know this is probably a low offer but with the ecconmy as it is thats about all I can afford. if you interested LMK fnd

Sounds like you are going to ebay them and have already checked the values there. Unless your planning on selling them here our opinons are not going to help
