Actually I had two sets of those, Both sets no longer reside in the US FND

I have decided to AUCTION a couple of my Atari 5200 Prototypes I am starting with the following two RS TENNIS - in case with original Atari Loaner Label, small white label reads Tennis EPROM Cartridge and eprom window stickers have 343 date code, I think this is a WIP from 12/9/81 since the final Ver. is 3/4/82 but I can't be sure since I don't have a released RS TENNIS to check it against QIX - in case with only the small white label that reads QIX EPROM Cartridge 11/Nov/82, the eprom window stickers have QIX in type and then 11-11 in Ink pin. Again I don't have the released game to check it against so I am not sure if its the final Ver. or not. Both games have been tested and seem to work fine but I have not done any real in-depth testing I only loaded them up and played them for a few minutes to make sure they were working. If anyone is interested in bidding on one, Here are the links http://www.videogamesauction.com/cgi-bin/a...item=1099792811 and http://www.videogamesauction.com/cgi-bin/a...item=1099794656 Or if you want to see all the categorys here is the main page link http://videogamesauction.com/ Below are a few things you should know about the auctions You will have to Register first, this requires your mailing address, email address and your choice of user name. The email address you provide will be the one that receives your password, winning bidder and/or outbid notices, Passwords can be change by using the "change Registration" link at bottom of page. If you forget your password there is a link at the bottom to get it emailed to you, you must use the link as I don't have access to your password, its stored on the host server. The auctions time is in EST time so if you are in another time zone please take this into account, The Auction will automatically extend for five minutes if a bid is placed within the last five minutes. Bids can be placed as a Proxy or a Regular Bid, a Regular Bid will place the full amount of your bid all at once, Proxy is the default. There is a "my history" link at the bottom of the page, use it to see your bidding history on all items. It will display Items won and amounts bid for current auctions. Last if anyone wants to list some games or items email me using the ask seller a question link on the auction page I will email you the listing link, it will be free but you will have to do your own promoting, emails are automatically sent to the lister and winner after the auction closes so I will not be involved at all. Actually I think it is Chinese, doesn't Japanese write up and down (Vertically) ? or maybe its the other way around ? I guess I'm confused. FND

Yes, I would have to say its a Rare label version of a Rare cart, Where that puts it on the rarity chart is hard to say but at the time there are only two confirmed in the hands of collectors. How much demand is there for this label variations is hard to gauge but I guess we will find out pretty soon. BTW I found mine to play fine on a NTSC system FND

No problem Thanks for considering it but as you said the price keeps going up which is why I really don't want to sell it since I will need to buy one later when things turn around. The price I am asking for is what I am hoping I could buy another one for at a later time so its kinda like my "pry it out of my dead hands price" FND

If anyone is interested in a River Patrol great condition (scans available) I have one, Cart Only, I would be willing to sell for 450.00 FND

The tape is no longer available. Also video games do not qualify as Media Mail and if the post office opens it in transit to check, they have started to do this, they will charge the buyer the extra amount. FND

Remove the 5200 sticker and it becomes a 2600 box. large tear on the back of box is a big disappointment

According to the bid history page krisnjen is the winner. Is that you? also here are the terms according to the seller page "A 15% buyers premium will be charged. Sales in the State of Indiana will be charged a 6% sales tax unless buyer can show proof of tax-exempt status. Final invoice will be provided to buyer within 3 days. Any lots not paid for and/or removed within 30 days of auction may be resold without further notice. " So if you are the winner you should receive a invoice soon. Also noticed this disclaimer at the bottom of the auction page Bidders are required to: a) Sign up for this auction & b) Complete bidding approval form Approval is at the discretion of the Auction House. So if this was not done maybe your bid was not accepted? Never did a live auction, so I have no idea about how you get notified or how to find out about the time frame. fnd

Interpretation of what "Mint in Box" or "MIB&
FND replied to MrRetroGamer's topic in Auction Central
OK I guess I should say that MIB to me is only a presumption on my part and as long as the box is still sealed the item is presumed mint, however once the box is opened it could only be near Mint from then on. I am probably taking mint to an extreme but its the only way I can justify it in my mind, I have seen it used in other hobbies with more than one level like Mint 8 and Mint 9, I just can't understand how it could be used that way Mint should have the highest level of perfection so any amount of wear should lower its grade even if its just the oil from your finger its less then perfect now, I know this probably sounds crazy to most but its just my personnel opinion and not meant to be taken as a standard. Interpretation of what "Mint in Box" or "MIB&
FND replied to MrRetroGamer's topic in Auction Central
To me MIB means perfect in all respects (box & contents) it would also have to be sealed as Mint to me means untouched and I would never consider a opened item as Mint, at best an opened item would be Near Mint FND -

FS: Atari 2600 Xonox Motocross Racer + Manual !
FND replied to CPUWIZ's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Looks like a good deal, much better condition than mine. I need to find a job soon. FND -
I hope its just a miscount on the sellers part but did you notice there are 51 games pictured but only sold as 49 games FND
-
I am surprised that FND's boxed Boing! isn't higher yet.
FND replied to CPUWIZ's topic in Auction Central
Its posable most are saving there money for CGE ? this could be a good opertunity for someone. BTW it has not reached what I paid for it and although I would like to at least get my money back I guaranty it will be sold for the ending price, I never end auctions early or stop them because they do not reach what I think they are worth, once a opening bid is placed its going to be sold, no surprises. You actually play X-Man? What a waste of time. That game sucks big time True In my defence I only said it was playable not that I enjoyed playing it

What game? I have a few 7800 protos (Desert Falcon, Hat Trick, GATO, Karateka, Midnight Mutants) but I had to buy them Tempest The labels have fallen off so I have no idea what game it was, here is a scan of the board it has the GCC name on the front and Atari on the back ( I put the happy face stickers over the windows ) I also included another 7800 Proto board I had forgotten I had, I tried to enhance the scan so you could read the writing but it came out pretty grainy, at the top it says "ATARI 7800 POKEY CART REV A" I actually I have two of those but the other one does not have the extra toggle switch under the small ZIF socket and does not have the above mentioned writting Instead it says "ACTION A0105330 REV. A1" on the back and "C06461 A1" on the front
