I went ahead and picked up all of the PS3 games that are on sale. I hadn't bought anything on PSN besides a couple PSOne titles before this. I am loving Gravity Crash. It has the feel and look of Geometry Wars, but it is better imho because it has increased replay value with the level editor. If anyone wants to take a peak at my attempt at making a level my user name is Tower_Ag . (If you like it, pause the game while you are in the level and "Vote for Creator".........yes this is a shameless plug for a vote) BTW there is a Rewards Zone 10% coupon for, among other things, video game accessories at Best Buy this weekend (good until the 31st for Silver members), PSN cards are counted as accessories so you can get a $50 card for $45. That makes this sale even better.

It is BC with PS1 games but not PS2 games.

No matter I am happy to hear that they should be shipping soon from the Lone Star State.

Don't believe anything a corporation says until you see it for yourself....(bargain shop and decide).......and WalMart has never been a cheap place to purchase video games or systems. Q-Tips or 50' garden hoses maybe, but videogames no. Amazon normally has the same price if not cheaper...........Amazon doesn't charge taxes to most states............(every company is out to make a profit...........just try to find the one with the best low cost model for you)

Microsoft has been trying to get me to update my dashboard for a week now. I am holding out as long as I can because it is going to make my Datel Max Memory Card useless. The PS3 Netflix is great. You can view synopsis' of the movies quicker than on the XBox. A few times while watching a movie on the XBox it would "adjust" itself by re-buffering, I haven't had that problem so far with the PS3. The one thing I think that XBox did better was the scrolling. On the PS3 you can roll right and left one movie at a time or jump about 5. The XBox has a continuous scroll that I like.

I have the WD Scorpio Blue 500 GB, got it from Newegg they have it listed for $90 right now. I have about 80 gig left. I will probably go for a big external when I fill this internal one up, unless there is a reasonably priced 1TB drive. Then I would have to figure out an easy how to move all of my stuff from one to the other.

I am anxious for this release because I didn't GOW 1 or 2...........they will both be new to me. Depending on how I like them I may pick up III....probably about 6 months after the release though.

Mendon.........don't let Microsoft win. Make sure they replace your console with one that doesn't reek of nicotine. Then use your console to continue to enjoy the games you have already purchased. Buy the XBox exclusives secondhand from one of the many stores out there. Just don't give them any firsthand money. I am in an almost similar situation. The ending is the same. I am fed up with Microsoft and I will be buying the majority of my games for my PS3. I haven't had any of my XBox's fail on me, but the new update is going to force me to stay off of Live. I hope the programming for the PS3 gets better. I don't want to switch and only get buggy versions of the games.

Lord Helmet and Tempest.........I am planning on letting my Gold lapse for a couple of reasons and one of them is the fact that Netflix is coming to the PS3. Netflix was the last reason for me to keep a gold subscription. I have signed up for the Netflix Bluray already (just the disc to play Netflix on the PS3, not the bluray subscription). I am thinking my XBox will go dark from "Live" as soon as the new update goes live in a couple weeks. I am one of the suckers that bought and truly enjoy the Datel Max Memory card. I bought it from BestBuy..........talk about a swift kick in the crotch, buy a reasonably priced memory unit from a reputable nationwide store and MS drafts a patch to lock it out. I digress........Netflix streaming is pretty darned good. I have about 350 titles in my queue. A number of which I watch and keep in my queue.

Congrats on your revival of the PS3. I hope after all of the little pieces you had to buy it was still worth it.

It just screams suspicious, but I hope whoever paid $80 got their money's worth (at least in their own mind).

16.......I have been leary of purchasing this game as I don't have a large quality screen. I have difficulty in reading text in MANY games (I use component cables, but that doesn't really help on a 20" screen) Is the text of the cards set, can you increase the size to read it easier? I know I need to invest in a new TV, but as long as I can stand my current set I won't.............the longer I procrastinate......the cheaper it will be for an HD set.

I think it was well done. I liked the user interface. I can only hope that more classics get revamped, hopefully with a graphic style in a different direction than that of Monkey Island SE. I really liked the ability to switch from Classic to SE. I still don't quite understand how the leaderboard points work. I managed to hit #300 after my speed run (1Hr 54Mins to get the speed achievement), but how you earn points is beyond me.

It is available now for 800 points. I am downloading the trial right now and I will probably unlock the full game soon after I give it a quick look.

Moy..........I have been playing Sacred 2 quite a bit as well. Playing 1 vs 100 every now and again. I picked up N+ this week when it was 400 pts and it is fun and has a measure of difficulty.

I would have liked a chance to at least bid on this one. I doubt I could afford it, but this is one of the rares that I really want.

I don't know how taking away BC like Sony did with the PS3 is acceptable to anyone..................why would anyone choose to buy a DSi over a DS Lite? The camera (you have to be kidding!)?

I am in for three Harmony's as soon as they are available. I was watching Chimera and WOW was that exciting..........just to fizzle to nothing. Harmony I hope will come to fruition. -----------"Paying customer just waiting to bite."
