The videos of Metroid have been showing the left hand to do the maneuvering of Samus and the Stylus in the right hand to point and shoot. So it would be a little harder to play for LEFT handed people-Unless they have a Flip screen option (like Atari Lynx) so they can moove with the right hand and write/point with their left hand.

I think it could be possible on the TG-16 unit through the port on the back and it would include the power input, A/V output, memory bank, and the Game Genie (that is what it would've been back then) in one unit that plugs into the back.

Some of the graphics are off (and sometimes totally redone like Super Mario Bros. with Pokemon characters & Adventure Island with Sonic as main character. Some sound changes, sounds being off tone. Some speed issues. I have even seen some screen ripping (like when you play the new PC games (like Doom 3) on your 100mhz/8 meg video card.

Better yet, make a slow-mo function as well, Kaboom in the higher levels moving at level 1 speed, imagine the new high scores showing up.

I have the 3 versions of Crazy Taxi (DC, PS2, GC), 3 versions of Crash Bandicoot-The Wrath of Cortex(PS2, GC, X-Box), both Intellivision Lives (PS2, X-Box), all the Atari Collections same reasons stated earlier, State of Emergency (PS2, X-Box) , THPS3 (PS2, X-Box) , MK5 (PS2, GC), Wreckless (PS2, X-Box) and a few others that I don't remember off hand. Most of the 2nd or 3rd versions I got off the Clearance shelves. I do have Madden 2001 (PS2), 2002 (GC), 2003 (X-Box).

It will be the standard Sony Memory Stick. It will also be for MP3s, maybe pics and short videos.

Why don't you mod it to play import games? -that is if you don't already have an import system. That is what I did to my extra TG16.

They are also called Famiclones. There are many different models. I have 5 or so of them. There is a lady that sells them at the flea market I sell stuff at sessl these power joys for $27.00. She sells about 10 a day (Sat. + Sun.) She has gone through 2 systems for demo units and a few returns for not working properly(don;'t know how to hook up?) kind of cheaply made. If the mall will be selling them for $100.00, I would assume they won't be selling many especially with the GBA SP is $80.00 and GameCube at $100.00 for a real piece of "RECENT" hardware

Star Strike! Same as the Intellivision version but it was in B&W. I have an Air Flow controller and I love it. Like it was mantioned earlier, it does make your hands cold especially on HI. It does have different settings:HI/LOW/OFF. I usually have in on LOW because HI is a little too noisy. I paid $10.00 for mine at Game Crazy(Hollywood Video) new on sale. One word of caution, just don't have it on and have it sit face up (fan is on bottom) sitting on top of something covering the =fan intake. The fan does take up a USB port for power.

I have an arcade quality controller I might want to sell for the correct price. Not one of those cheap "Arcade Quality" controller. This has the real things. I can post a pic if interested maybe Monday or Tuesday.

If you're doind all these mods to your Genesis, might as well do the overclock mod also. Sometimes it gets flakey, but it won't slow down when you play Sonic and loose all your rings.

If you like fighting games, go with Fighters Megamix(which I am looking for), it has PepsiMan which isn't in the U.S. version. I have a few games- a VF CGI portrait, some pachinko games, Tomb Raiders, Enemy Zero (D in U.S.), few others and a wierd demo disk with some strange commercials on it.
