Acer sucks big time. Just got a tablet back at work, to find it dented and scratched. Called support, was left on hold twice, and finally told "we don't support that" (i.e. their cosmetic damage)
It was a BRAND NEW UNIT, which stopped booting after one week. I followed all guidelines about sending it back (i.e. 3 inches of bubble wrap all around ,etc.) and got it back dented and scratched.
