They can't say that they had no idea... again... and again... They're morons if that is the case. This is definitely purposely done.

Don't know anything about brain lesions, but I just wanted to say that I hope she gets better quickly.

Thanks, guys!
The cool thing is that it doubles as a bank. I only play it when I have quarters.

BTW, the six boards in it are:
- Pac-Man
- Ms. Pac-Man
- Pac-Man Plus
- Ms. Pac-Man Plus (not the one that was out there originally; this hack burned to 2532 eproms )
- Hangly-Man (Popeye version)
- Jr. Pac-Man
There's a rotary switch just inside the coin door that allows me to select which board is active.

You're making Haiku, aren't you?

...and we're done!
Let me tell you, John (from Boulder Arcade Cabinets) could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. He special-cut the LCD mounting bracket for me as well as the plug hole.
Pictures added above. Also, I plan on doing a quick YouTube video showing it.

Thanks guys

The odd thing, is that I have to jumper the horizontal and vertical sync on the video converter board, otherwise the picture jumped around from side to side.
Can't wait to get my cab!! I'll post when I get it. Happy New Year!

Yeah, I know about the hype thing, I've been involved in tech for almost 35 years now. I just thought (for some reason) we were past that part with this.
3D printing has been out for a few years now. I guess it's because I've seen the results of the 'professional' printers and applied that to the 'home' versions (silly me - I should know better). :-/Anyway, I hope things progress quickly, as I love the idea of printing my own parts for things.

Thanks guys!
BTW, the printer is on it's way back. I go the return authorization from Amazon.

I watched it too last weekend, and I liked that all of the familiar Peanuts 'topics' were brought in.
Also very impressed with the animation. I remember telling someone at work that it was done very tastefully, with it being drawn the same way as the comics, but brought out in 3-D. This is definitely a Blu Ray purchase once it comes out.

Thank you for your insight, as well as your review.

Feel better, man

That's funny; I was feeling the exact same thing.

Just got back from Long Island and the funeral.
This was an extremely difficult weekend. I can't believe that the person I grew up with is no longer here. I was one of the Pall Bearers, along with Gordon (another friend of ours), Jim (another friend of Don's), and Brandon (his 15 year old son).
-
Thanks guys - I really appreciate the thoughts and comments.
His funeral is next Saturday, so I'm going up to LI on Friday and coming back on Monday.
Again, thank you - you all are like a second family here.

Thanks, guys.
Here's the update:
A few days ago, his sister texted me that he was back in the hospital. The nurses there said he wasn't coming home and he was dying. I was making plans to go up next Wednesday.
This morning I texted her to see how he was. She said he was awake but they had to medicate him because he was very anxious, and he was sleeping. She said it would be a good idea if I come up soon. I decided to change my flight to go up tomorrow (Friday).
While I was waiting outside my supervisor's office to update her, I got the text from his sister that he was gone. It hit me like a ton of bricks. They said I was actually shaking when I went into her office. I then went home to make the arrangements, and Donald's sister called me and we both cried. She told me to wait to come up until the funeral arrangements were complete. So I canceled my flights and I'm waiting to hear back from her.
I feel like there's a hole now...
-Life seems to be a repeat of watching the people you love die, until it's finally your turn.

Maybe you can make that Atari 2600 game with batari Basic and simulate what the 12 year old you would have done with such a cool tool if a time traveler went back and gave you a modern PC with the latest versions of bB and VbB.

lol - awesome, that may not be a bad Idea after I finish ironing out all of the game mechanics...
You should get a 7800 too

Ok, someone needs to make a hack of Space Invaders with the shapes of the enemy ships used in that screenshot.
