  1. I wonder if there is a way to add graphics and change a bit of code so that the monster's eyes follow the direction they are moving in. That has been a *big* gripe of mine since it first came out
  2. I can't wait for this to be finished! It is soooo cool !! wonderful work, Ron
  3. Hello all: I found the maginet paper! This place also has full sheet glossy sticker paper with smaller quantities so you don't have to spend as much! I think I will be buying from this place from now on... http://www.specialty-printer-paper.com/mag...gnet-paper.html
  4. Thanks everyone! @Video -> Thanks for the camera tips... Unfortunately, I don't remember what that paper is called; I've actually had the paper for a while, there are no markings on it, and I can't remember where I got it. I'm sorry - I will try to find it again and let you know... @Steelerfan - This may make this thread off-topic but here you go!
  5. Thanks! @sku_u: It's actually magnet paper, (I don't know if you've seen it before, but it's a matte finish paper, with a thin magnet backing)
  6. So I bought these full sheet magnet paper pack and I was thinking what I could do with them (I know, you guys will probably tell me to 'get a life')... But then I thought, "It would be cool to print some Atari Picture Labels (among other arcade-related things) as referigerator magnets!" Of course, I only put them on the small referigerator in my rec room, or my girlfriend would probably think it's silly (and she doesn't even *live* with me yet) What do you guys think? (Sorry about the blurry pic - I am using Auto-Focus on the camera so I don't understand why that is happening)
  7. I thought I heard somewhere that something was going to happen with the Activision reproduction labels at or after the CG Show. Not that it has come and gone, I'm *very* curious on if these are going to be sold? I have really bad labels on mine that I tried to fix, but only made worse Thanks!
  8. I know Qix is on the 5200...
  9. Double Post :-/ (I always said I would never be the one to do that)
  10. I also was one of the first to purchase it (or somewhere around there). It's nice to have - although it's much easier to use with a digital joystick :-/ I like it! I should register it... I haven't done that yet.
  11. I'm just curious if Warren Robinett has seen this absolutely wonderful peice of work... My hat's off to you, CafeMan - you are truly the best!
  12. See this thread... http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...7970&highlight= Jetset (or anyone else for that matter) - PM me if you want the MS Publisher Document I did as a template for these labels... Have Fun!
  13. I've actually been using my 5200 restrictor (the test one that I made), and it works pretty well. The only drawback is you have to remove the rubber cover that is between the stick and the controller housing. (I've noticed on many sticks at this point where the rubber was ripped anyway...) I've made mine out of the plastic from a dead 2600 cart. How it works, is that it fits inside the round space left by the rubber boot once you remove it. I've noticed that there are holes for tabs around the edge, so that could be the means for holding it in... I've included the Publisher Documentation to get a visualization. 5200_restrictors.zip
  14. Hello everyone: This is the only box I am missing in my collection. I have the cart, but would like to put it in the box as well... Would anyone be willing to sell? Thanks in advance...
  15. Very Cool! I've built 7 MAME cabinets so far... and one portable Where are you from?
  16. What I did was solder the four directions of the pad (it was a Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad) to wires connected to the correct pins on the DB-9 Male connector (I don't have the exact pinout here at the moment.) Not hard at all. A few extra buttons, though (like 5!) I mounted two on top of the small box that housed the connector (Select and Reset, anyone?) If you guys are serious I'll open it up and break out the camera...
  17. I just hacked a USB pad and put a 9-pin male connector at the end (and connected the appropriate wires) and viola! a USB Atari Joystick!
  18. Hey SS: Check out this thread (toward the bottom) I go through that in there. http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...=asc&highlight= Hope this helps!
