Our 14 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever finally crossed the rainbow bridge this past Monday. Boy, the house seems lonely and empty now. Miss my big old cement headed dog.

Lacie is always yelling at her husband, George, about his slothfulness. I told him: "You're not a couch potato, you're simply the king of the sofa. The end of the world is probably coming soon, so be a man for once. Stand up for yourself. The next time Lacie starts complaining, just yell 'I am Sofa King, Lacie!' and I'm sure that will shut her up."
