I have a brochure from a company that sold stuff to program tomy's series of robots in the box of the omnibot 2000 I just purchased (yes you can use your atari 400/800) and the name of the company that made it is "computer magic" and apparently commavid had the name computer magic but then changed it to commavid. so can anyone verify that commavid actually made these? they were made in the mid 80s. so if commavid changed it's name before then, is it possible that they sold the rights to the name computer magic, or still had had a branch of the company working under the name computer magic? if so that would be cool. I sent a copy of the brochure to them for a catalog but got the letter back. if anyone needs to see the brochure I can dig it out and scan it upon request but feel too lazy to do so right now. oh, and they were located somewhere in new York according to the brochure. thanks! my dog just chewed up my ipod.... and all of my atari things work perfectly, except my 400... do you think it would help if I plugged in the right AC adapter?

when we were was down, the first thing I thought was "better post this problem to see what happened!" I didn't think it was atariage, must less an explosion! I thought it was my crappy computer running vista just spazing out on me...

GAMERS IS ALL WE HAVE AND THEY WANT $40.00 FOR AND ATARI 400 AND EVEN MORE FOR PERIPHERALS! AND THEY DON'T EVEN COME WITH CORDS OR ADAPTERS! THE BOZOS THERE COMPLETELY MESS EVERYTHING UP! THEY GAVE ME AN ATARI 5200 AC ADAPTER WITH MY 400! AND DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE THE TV ADAPTER WHEN THEY SAID THEY HAD IT!!!!..... sorry I just had a moment, some people are really lucky... the rarest game I've found is towering inferno... Yeah, and they'd also never make a movie about Nolan Bushnell. Nobody knows who that guy is except for a handful of nerds. Thats true also.Thats why i think the movie will not be made.I cant see it as a theater release especially.How many people will go to see that,theres no money to be made on that.Movies are cancelled at last second all the time.I cant even imagine it as a TV release either for that matter.Movies are made when theres a market that will interest the general population,not just a small community of game nerds. I was pointing out that they are supposedly making a Nolan Bushnell movie and the E.T. story seems to be bigger than Nolan Bushnell. All kinds of people have heard that E.T. cartridges were buried, even if they don't know who Nolan Bushnell is or what an Atari 2600 looks like. hmmm.... I thought that everybody knew who Nolan Bushnell was and what an atari 2600 looked like but had no clue what the Atari landfill story was... well, maybe thats just me

just wondering, can anyone give me a checklist of if or if not the top/bottom half of the shells of the following system can be dishwashed ; NES+controller, genny 2, sega CD 2, atari 2600 Vader (I see no label on the inside, just some sticky note thing), NES light gun, and the NES games. I was just wondering because I was concerned that some paint or decals might come off. oh and just note if it might be possible, I don't want to risk any of my pretties
