Ok i got this in the mail today and im not sure whats up? The box has a toys r us price tag on it like this is the way the game was sold in this hand wrote box. There really is no way to prove that that game is brand new. The plastic looke to perfect to me. To bad its for colecovision not atari

Tax avoiders is mine However I have lost track.All of mine are in shrink now. I dont collect sealed since its just plastic. As a matter of fact I have opened alot of sealed old games and then tested them and then I reshrink them and most of the time you cant tell.

I sell quality items and alway do delivery conf. So after i ship i leave feedback and ask for them to do the same after they get it. Not the greatest policy since they could neg me but like you said alot of sellers force you to give feedback first.

Don't forget Paypal sucks most of the time and will side with the person who sent the money or just freezy your entire account. You should know that 95% of people bid in the last day on auctions. I think your price was so low it might have scared people.

Send him a nice email right back saying that your sorry for the mix up and that if he wants a full refund just mail back the games and you will be happy to take care of him. Ask him for his phone number and talk to him so there is no mix up in communications. He might just have the wrong auction. Now save all emails you get in word or something. The main goal would be get your games back ASAP and count your blessings he did not take your games and money. I know for a fact you did not have boxes and no one has had boxes for those games in the last few weeks. Please let me know who this ebay bidder was so i can put him on my blocked bidder list. Did you check his feedback? I sell outside of ebay but when they first contact threw Ebay i look up there feedback and bid history to see how they bid.

I placed a small bid on that auction also. I think you got a good deal. I have been trying to get on from a fellow Atari Age member lately but slow to finish deal. If I had not been working on this deal i might have bid around $100! Would that have won?

How did he come up with 33% refund? Thats weird! He knows it was not what he had listed but since it went for so low he really does not care. Really a good responce, he wants to at least try to work out. Please if he has left you feedback will you give him a negative right away.

Just to let you know I sell the SNES system with a few common games 2 controllers and all original hookups for $50 and i cant get enough to keep them in stock. I have them right now and all of those games. The games are $5 or so each.All stars $15, Mega man X2 in stock for $35. It might be a bit out of your price range but if nothing pans out its an option.

And if you did not get a memory card i have them TESTED for $5. Half dont work.

I have no idea what they go for on ebay but i sell them at my store for $15. I could do one for that much shipped if you wanted. Just let me know
