I love Ebay! It gets better each week. I cant wait to get my online store done. Perfect feedback & actual pictures & no overcharges on shipping. I should put Ebay out of business in the game world

A little off subject but this is the main reason i dont sell computer games at my store! If you have a sega genesis you buy games for a sega genesis not master system.

Blue label boxes for Ghostbustetrs & Spaceshuttle
Trade-N-Games replied to Trade-N-Games's topic in Atari 2600
I have the big box Ghostbusters thats the regular black cart. I am guessing that the small version is the blue label? Its only palstic open it up . I am not looking for the white label boxes due to the most part they were pal but for some strang reason they work on most ntsc tv's. Now if someone can prove to me a different box was made thats american for the white labels then i will continue my hunt. To answer your question I am still working on my activision collection boxed. I have them all loose but really want them all boxed including the blue versions -
Blue label boxes for Ghostbustetrs & Spaceshuttle
Trade-N-Games replied to Trade-N-Games's topic in Atari 2600
I have never seen a small box for the ghostbusters. Now i am really confused. Did you get the small box new and open it? I will wait for a few more people to respond. -
OK I need some help with the special boxes that the blue label Ghostbusters and Space Shuttle came in. I tried search and nothing turned up and i looked in data base and the boxes seem to be the same scan? I would like to know if they used the same box and just placed a different cart or if the box was the same but with the UPC scan on the bottom of those 2. Also I know on a few of the rerelease boxes the color was a little different. I am trying to finish off my boxed Activison collection and dont really know what to look for. Pictures would help me if you have them. Thanks in advance

I just took a look and all have ended. It would have been best if you had maybe posted on the first day. Owell hope you did good

That was my point about being tested. It is a Colecovision cart not an Atari game. If he had tested it on atari it would have not worked. Haha

Yes all is good on the feedback now. I would have marked it as gift for Atariage member anytime but missed that one and he was hit up by a bunch of people the same week so he was nailed with taxes. I will hook him up with some goodies next time we get to deal with each other! Yes Rick I think things are very low on ebay over the last year or 2. I know it sounds bad but really to me since 9/11 I think things have been going lower and lower. Plus more and more people sell now so ebay is making more money than ever. I have been a buyer and seller for a long time and really i still sell stuff at my store at most of the old prices from a few years ago cause people can come in and walk out with the rare and common stuff. I run into so many people at auctions and yard sales paying way to much for stuff and i ask why are you paying so much for crap and they say i will sell it on ebay so who cares if it works but really i love that coment due to I only sell quality at my store! You know how often you hear stories about bidding on something and when you get it its crap. Thats why having near perfect feedback is so important to me.

Welcome to Atari Age! Could you please post some pictures of what you have for all of us to see. That would help alot. What $ are you looking for or are you looking for trades?

I bet this is not tested? Thinks its for Atari 2600 . They have a few other mix ups also. Owell great starting bid. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8160558059&rd=1

Looks good! Was that one of Ebay pages you used or did you make it ? I am thinking hard about setting up my own Ebay store and have only just started looking at different layouts. Hope it goes well. -

I hope you contacted him first to ask if it was a mix up. I could have been a mix up that he would have refunded your money or gave you the correct cart that worked. What was the auction #?
-
Oops I did not see the next button on your picture page. Now i did. thats cool

Hi Rick could i please see a picture of the nintendo 64 folder? I am not sure what it is. Thanks

I am changing all the prices on the stuff i sold on ebay to even lower than what i got for my panda games Just kidding! Air Raid is a fake= $priceless$ I am working on the guide all the time I have over 10,000 things to track but we get lots of help from everyone

Thanks everyone for letting me vent. I dont want to attack anyone and really dont care all to much just been very busy and whats done is done. Ya this cant go anywhere look at some of the other topics about canada tax rates and those post have racked up many pages to view Good ebay hunting for everyone really has been dry for me have almost everything! See ya

You know what I am most mad about is the fact that the stuff I sold for dirt and I mean dirt cheap and then to add insult to the whole deal your pissed about $12 bucks being added by Canada customs. You said in the emails you sent me that this happened on a few of the items you won that week and you still have not given them bad feedback? Or did they bend over and give you a refund or free stuff? People look at what the 5 or so games sold for and you will be pissed that you did not bid on them yourself. I will never list games again without a higher starting bid or reserve so the whole deal to me was a double blow. WOW I thought I was done venting in my first post.

Is there something wrong with using armor all on a console?
Trade-N-Games replied to Atarian7's topic in Atari 2600
I know a little about Armor All. I used to run a company that details million dollar airplanes inside and out. The biggest problem with Armor All products is that most are water based and when you put them on dash boards the water will dry up and shrink what its on and might cause a crack over time if you only put armor all on 1 time a year. This would apply to armor all that would get hit with sunlight. Now other products "not armor all" add silicon to there shine products, some forms of silicon can hurt plastics and rubbers "like tires for all you sick people". Some silicons could turn plastics soft. We found that Armor All worked the best for most parts and never hurt when we used it. However i see people on ebay where it loks like it was dipped the Atari systems in it and left the system all slick. Some of the best products we ever used were a cream that was rubbed into leatheres and it contained natural products in them.
