Never saw or used that either. Huh.

Real good person to deal with. Nice games, fast shipping, and a good deal, what more could you want?
Thank you.

rarityguide.com has lists for most systems and all sorts of other things. It rates rarity and NIB CIB and loose prices. They track auction sites and other sources for prices. It's not perfect but is a decent starting guestimate. For instance loose 2600 commons are listed at $3 - $4 but most prices are in the ballpark. -
I have always wanted one of them. My dad used to teach at college in the 70's and they had one of these in the rec area. The machine is just huge, spent lots of time playing it. If anyone hears of one in Florida let me know.

Frenzy
in Atari 7800
Frenzy was always one of my favorites and the CV version is good but I bet the 7800 could be even better. Berzerk was a great game but Frenzy made it just about perfect.
I still miss my dedicated Frenzy cab I used to have, it was in superb condition. I think I've only seen one or two other dedicated cabs since. If I find one again I'll grab it, so many good memories.

That is just unbelievable.

Damn pachyderms.

I am pretty excited that one of the big mysteries might be solved before too long. I don't hold much hope for this lead but the one on the CIB in Mexico really has me stoked.

I think a little vinyl Atari logo to put on your windows would be pretty sweet. Hmmm, a friend of mine does vinyl graphics, would there be any interest or is it just me?

It's a strange thing, but the fact still remains that only about 10,000 of these were made.Yeah but 10,000 is still quite a few, do you think there are 10,000 atari collectors? I always thought Quadruns rarity, at least loose, was over rated. I think there are many R9 games that had a lot smaller of a production run.
I agree that 10,000 is a pretty good number compared to some other releases but this has been a hard game to find for some time, just seems it has gotten easier. Who knows for how long though? With an original run of that much I do kinda question the rarity rating.
To Homer, how much would a shrinkwrapped Motorodeo have gone for 7 years ago?.......

Don't get me wrong, I was thinking about going close to that for a good copy of that game but I have just put it on the back burner for now. There are a few other games I would rather have in the $100 and over category right now just because I don't see them every one or two months for sale.
I wish I would have bought a couple of his games last year before people knew he was a trusted seller, some of his auctions went really cheap just because of location.
I would like a Quadrun, but I really do wonder how many more are going to be offered in the next year and really wonder about a box or two of new ones turning up in the future.

I had been watching that one as I do all his atari auctions lately. It would be better if he ended them in the evening instead during the middle of a weekday.
I wasn't willing to go that high though because I think this is one of those titles that will be going for a lot less in the next couple of years. When will the shrinkwraped copies start being available?
-
and...Wolfman in the lead.
I'm glad that I don't collect boxes, it is hard enough to just get the games sometimes. If I did I know that there is some shelf wear but how often does this come up? Sure, there are better ones out there but when will one of them be available and for what price? Most likely a private deal.
It will be fun to watch.

Ax in the lead, but not for long I'm sure. Once I saw Wonder's heart-eyed smiley faces I knew it was over. Hopefully the cart will be relisted once he gets it? Might have a chance at that.

Wow, I was expecting a snipe-fest at the end, only went up less than $400 in the end. Did somebody get a really good deal or are people thinking that maybe even though they are rare, they really are not that good? Economy? Priorities? Wonder what the winner was willing to pay......
-
At least it went to a good person, awesome deal. I missed the end of this but was only going to go up to $100, sometimes you take a chance, you were willing to chance it more. I had the same thought about the stickers but wasn't willing to go crazy so $100 seemed right to me, you just never know.

A couple months ago I was checking newly listed and the second item was a supercharger some joysticks and other things for $5 BIN. Dumb-ass me didn't hit it right away, paused to check the sellers feedback, looked good, gone when I clicked back. This one somebody really scored on.

I am interested in the Blockade Runner and Sewer Sam, if nothing else just because the carts are so different from other ones. Can you post a link to the auctions when you list them?
-
I want it but I really want the NTSC version of this. I would like to have a t-handle but I am sure you want more than what I am willing to pay since I don't collect PAL. Plus, what would the shipping be to the States?
-
I was thinking that but the other three did also suffer from bad shipping. Don't get me wrong, I have never left a neg before but honestly in 400+ transactions luckily I have never had a problem, I have never even complained before. I realize $15 isn't bad but I spent that thinking I was adding to my collection, not putting a 'placeholder' in my collection. I'm thinking of just letting it pass but then again I don't want anyone else to buy from a person who just does not care.

Honestly though, I am the first person to ever complain about no end label or shipping in an envelope? That right away should tell you this person has no experience selling games.

I have been tossing this back and forth the last couple days. It's not a lot of money but it kinda burns me. Here is what I sent to the buyer:
I am very unhappy with this purchase. It should have been noted the cart had no end label. I now noticed the picture was taken in a way that a buyer could not tell. I would not have bid on it let alone spend over $15 had I known it had no end label.I don't mind paying $5.50 for shipping when it only cost $2.50 as long as it is shipped properly. Carts should be in a box, not an envelope and it was post-marked 6 days after I had paid.
This was the response:
i don't collect or keep these cart so the end label means nothing to me , that would be your own fault for not asking the question of the end sticker. i have hundreds of these games in plastic totes and have sold hundreds of these already. you are the first person that ever said anything about an end sticker or the bubble envelope i put then in . sorry for your disappointment .Seemed kinda rude to me. I got three other games too because nobody else bid, I like to try and maximize on shiping even though I already had the other three and figured I might trade them some day.
He has 23 ratings and his levels are just barely above 4, only 2 other sales in the last 90 days and none for games, so he obviously didn't sell 'hundreds' on ebay. If I left 4 negs, low stars for him with the new system would that suspend his account? That seems kind of extreme to me, I don't want to hurt the guy. I am kinda upset though.
The other games added up to less then $3 and were all R4 and in pretty good shape, so that was a good deal. The point is I didn't even want the other three but the R6 I didn't have doesn't have an end label and I display my carts with end label showing so it is just a black piece of plastic now.
Should I just let this go?

I have a Glib, would that help?

I would like one please. Add me to the list.

Over $300 already with almost 9 days left. The sealed Vectrex a couple of weeks ago went for $630, what do you think this will end up at?

Bought an intelly lot and ended up getting more games then we had agreed on, even spent time asking how I wanted things shipped and found the cheapest option for that. Really a great deal, thank you again.
