  1. I had the high bid for a day or two and followed to the end (Gravitar). I am kinda suprised it went for that much. It looks like the days of you getting low price sales are over, people know you now. I'll admit I kick myself for not bidding higher on a couple of your auctions earlier, just didn't have much extra funds so yes, I was cautious.

  2. In the future for anyone selling a hack or homebrew please, please when you are ready post another topic in the 'marketplace' section. If AX hadn't posted a link I would have missed it I'm sure along with others. By the time it got posted there there were only two days left to order, bet more people would have joined in if they had at least a weeks notice.

  3. Great to deal with. Sold me a cart for less then what he was getting at CTCW at the time, thank you. Shipping was super fast from WA to FL and nicely packaged. The cart itself looks awesome, great job, it looks very nice in my collection. I would deal with again in a flash.

  4. It was an all white (with black pinstriping / graphics)

Same as mine, all original body / paint with a blue PMD interior. After 27 years now it could use a fresh coat and graphics, but still looks pretty good. Has a 350 4bbl and other things now (that way when I got it, well, mostly). OK, I wont drag this board down with car talk, but I too have had a few cars I could go on and on about.

Anyways, check out 82-T/A's auction for a Krok Cart!

  5. You'll have a lot of fun with those 'Make my video' titles... just teasing. Those are about the only games I don't have, never had an interest. I'll look to see if I have any extras but I know I only have one boxed system and I'm keeping that.

  6. I played the hell out of the original. About a year ago I found out there was a patch so I could play on my new system and probably still play a least a couple times a week.

It has been some time since I looked but Magic online you actually had to buy packs of cards, screw that, you could spend a weeks pay just trying to get a decent assortment of cards.

I stopped playing and collecting real world Magic in the late 90's and really enjoyed being able to play with all the old cards on my computer. I want a game that gives me a nice set of (preferably old) cards so I can play the game, not spend my time trying to collect cards to make a deck I want. Even if the went by editions as long as the price is fair that would be fine, start with the base game and then they could sell expansions like Legends, Ice Age and such for $10 -$20.

Now you got me curious. I'll see what I can find out about this.......

  7. Could not be happier with my purchase. I wish he wasn't in Canada but I hope to buy more from him. This is my first repro and I have to say it is really top notch and looks awesome in my collection.

  8. My favorite Chickster, how long will you be holding this sale? I would like to maybe make an offer, I have to decide which is more important the divorce proceedings or an R10 :) SO let me know when the cutoff for offers is.....

I too am interested in how long you plan to give people a chance to make offers. I am very interested but really need to think about how much I am willing / able to spend. Of course if someone just makes a sweet offer right away I'd sell if I were you but are you making any parameters for the sale?

  9. EA makes pretty much my favorite game for quite a few years with Tiger Woods. That being said, I hate them. With a passion. They make little tweaks every year, some good, some bad, but the game gets buggier evry year and they never listen to the biggest complaints and change the game.

I'm sorry but it is basically the same game every year so why are there so many glitches? They have a year between releases, don't they test? Don't they listen to the result of those tests? I don't play any other EA games but I would imagine they all have bugs and from what I have heard, it is true, but come on, this is a long running franchise game, it should run perfect. Look at the EA forums for this game or the Xbox ones and you'll see all the complaints and what people want in the game. The biggest want is more ways to adjust difficulty in a realistic way that really should not be that hard to implement in options.

    STOP MAKING BROKEN GAMES....

  10. I have to agree that this site is more civalized than most gaming sites and that is why is the the only game site I check everyday. Much more mature group and a longer gaming group that isn't just influenced by the new trend or reviews. For the most part I would guess the general member here has been playing for at least 20 years, has seen quite a bit and apreciates a good game more then a good looking game. Okay, l"ll stop my lovefest.

There are also so many sub-forums here that sometimes you get lost and yes, do miss something good because you didn't even realize that forum existed. It is great to have multiple forums and is great the wealth of information but a sub-forum for every system made just dillutes too much. With all the forums and subs now how long would it take to go through every one every day?

  11. I have a 360 and Guitar Hero III but want to get the whole band setup. So does anybody have any opinions on Rock Band World Tour and Guitar Hero World Tour? What are the differences and can you use the two interchangably? Any opinion on which drums are better, this is the main reason I am getting one of the two so biggest question is can I use one drum set between the two games.

These are expensive games so hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction, I would hate to feel I wasted my money on the wrong setup because I'm not buying another.
