To me it looks like the fan is way off.  Shouldn't the fan be directly underneath the processor?  Instead it looks like the cooling shaft is on top blocking any airflow to the processor.

Pretty much the Atacobox is being an expensive low-end PC with that "Atari" name slapped on which at least $200 is being used just for the logo*.  But with all the time they spend deleting critical posts from "trolls" they're more into maintaining their self-image and reputation.
