2600 Mole Hunter, 2600 The Unknown Game & 2600 Cabbage P.K.
Parrothead replied to CPUWIZ's topic in Auction Central
I have CPU's repro of Cabbage Patch Kids and have to say it is a work of art. And he has four more available. Don't wait, get one now But seriously, a big thanks from the Chuckwagon community to CPU for offering up this great stuff on our site. It's much appreciated and we are all lucky you are there Now, where is the 5200 version of Necromancer? -
Just bumping this up a bit: Website has been updated(new pages two videos showing) Also two new guests have been added Walter Day founder of Twin Galaxies and tim Mcvey the first person to score 1 billion on nibbler. Hey Dan - Cool - I just sold my dedicated Rockola Nibbler and can't believe anyone scoring a billion on that game. I think there is a pattern for all the screens, though, but damn! Also, I am mailing the cards today, so glad I saw your post I think they should still get to you in time.

Exactly (3) Months To The Day ChaseTheChuckwagon.com Has Just Hit The 500 Member Mark. I want to extend a warm thank you to all our inital 500 members for helping us attain this milestone in such short time. My goal is to have 2000 members on the Chuckwagon by March 24th, 2009 and so far we are right on track. It will be up to us, the initial users to keep this Chuckwagon heading West by continuing to use the site whenever we are able and also promoting the site when and where appropriate to bring in more members. Please tell everyone you know who collects and plays games to Jump on the Chuckwagon Bandwagon. I will continue to do as much as I can to promote the site in different areas and means to continue feeding it with new eyes and new traffic for our Seller community. Thanks, again. So Cal Mike

I am going to bring this suggestion over to the Chuckwagon forums as well and see what the consensus is. I would be willing to change it based on the majority rule What do you all have to say about this? The New Chuckwagon Bidding Increments Now Are: Ok. I have discussed this with our small, but growing founders team and here is what the NEW BIDDING INCREMENTS are NOW set to: $.50 up to $25.00 $.75 up to $50.00 $1.00 up to $100.00 $2.00 up to $200.00 $3.00 up to $400.00 $5.00 up to $500.00 $10.00 up to $750.00 $25.00 up to $1000.00 $50.00 up to $2000.00 $100.00 up to $5000.00 $250.00 up to $10,000.00 $500 over $10,000.00 Like this one even matters I hope this will be a good compromise among all your suggestions. I think this was a good idea, myself. Just more proof that the Chuckwagon is your community and what you suggest is taken to heart. We have also now just instituted a "Founder Group" which will get together monthly on the Chuckwagon forums to discuss improvements, member suggestions and also ways to continue to promote the Chuckwagon to new users. If you would be interested in being a part of this "Founder Team" than PM me here or at the Chuckwagon forums.

That is strange? I am the Chuckwagon owner and am looking into this. First time I have seen this problem. Thanks for bringing to my attention I was going to post this in the Chuck forum. There is need for a catagory # list (each catagory has a number). When I did the bulk upload for the Odyssey II items, I guessed at the catagory # based on their being hundreds. But Odyseey II was actually a sub catagory of Odyssey and was a fifty. So the eleven items went into the Xbox catagory. They were manually edited for the correct catagory, but the qty for Xbox never changed back to zero. It's a little glitch in the system I guess. (Does this make me a beta tester?) AX I am working with my developer on this issue this week. I am seeing if we can get it modified. I believe this issue has been fixed. Anyone that wants to use the bulk uploader needs to email me to get a complete listing of category #'s. Then you should be good to go.

Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection
Parrothead replied to BydoEmpire's topic in Nintendo Wii / Wii U
Ya, agreed. A most excellant game. I have a real Williams Taxi in my personal collection, but love playing it on the Wii almost as much. The ball physics are incredible and the smart camera is the best. Definitely a great buy for anyone who grew up playing some of these machines. A real no-brainer purchase -
Pleasant Valley Video Halloween Carts
Parrothead replied to Atari2600.com's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Is there a reason the link you give says Texas Chainsaw Massacre? -
Well, I can hardly say I took a chance on this one as it only cost me $75 and was local, but I bought an Arch Rivals and holy crap its a great game. I don't remember playing at all when it was out, but my wife and love it -- probably one of my favorite games I have owned and I've owned a lot. Super easy to play and anyone can play it and actually compete. Super game in my opinion. And the cab and bezel and control panel artwork is classic. Brian Colin at his best !!

My CTCW auctions Smurfs Save the Day + (Some Inty and SNES games)
Parrothead replied to oldgames's topic in Auction Central
Thanks for using the Chuckwagon. Good luck with your auctions -
I'd be interested in it. Just sent you a PM

What format is this in? What do you want for it? Is this for real
-
Agreed. I found a boxed mint on a couple years ago and it sold for around $150 on eBay. It is a very disappointing system in my opinion. Def not worth what these people are paying. Something is fishy here.

Thanks for listing all those PC engine cards. Rick Coming up before the end of the month in no particular order (at least 10 of each): Turbo Grafx 16 games Complete PCE Games Super CD PCE Games Saturn Games Master System Games Genesis Games 2600 Games 5200 Games 7800 Games SNES Games NES Games PC Games DVD Movies Odyssey 2 Games Coleco Games Consoles Goal of 250 running by July 1st. AX AX - You are THE MAN ! Now, if all you other sellers post lots of things, maybe by months end we can get 600-800 auctions running. We are getting a decent amount of traffic---if you guys are aware of Alexa.com and how it ranks websites, we are inching closer and closer to the top 100,000 websites in the world. We broke 1,000,000 in less than 3 months and daily averages have been fluctuating around 350,000 the lowest we've been to around 850,000. That is pretty amazing considering how short of time we have been online. And this is out of every website in the world. Here is a link to try different websites you visit -- see where they rank and where the Chuckwagon ranks http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_...echuckwagon.com It fluctuates daily but on average we are moving up !!

You are selling some of your games I think. How are the total item views looking?

Thanks for your post and support. A member update - we are now up to 473 members since March 24th. And many of you have been purchasing the $50 Lifetime Seller Membership. I want to reiterate that all Lifetime Seller Members will be able to run completely free auctions for ever on the Chuckwagon. That means no fees whatsoever - no listing, no selling fees, no listing enhancement fees. This offer will not be offered forever, and only (50) of them are being offered at this price. This is an opportunity for you sellers to lock in now and never have to pay to run auctions again. And with the site growing each day, this offer becomes just more and more valuable. Also, we have had a couple new Ebay Power Sellers start selling on the Chuckwagon, and these are the good kind of power sellers, with quality items and reasonable prices. So be sure to check the site daily as you never know what you will find. Thanks, again to all the AA members who have joined so far. And I hope to see more of you AAers step on board as the site continues to grow.
