I was wondering if anyone knows the trick to removing the piece of plastic inside the proline joystick that pushes down the contacts? This plastic peice broke in one of my joysticks. Any help is greatly appreciated. Jarett

I actually work in a thrift store, so I have the convenience of checking daily. As for other thrift stores in the local are, I check at least once weekly. Usually I make a day-long trip to visit all the thriftstores a little bit further away about once a month.

I think that eBay has its place for Atari collectors. However, I'm in the middle of a problem with a seller that wants to charge me three times as much as it should cost to send me an Odyssey 2 that I bid on. It's frankly ridiculous. I've always been very careful, but there's always going to be a bad egg or two.

I would also like to express my thanks for all of the hard work put into this website. As said before, this is the best Atari website out there, hands down.

I was VERY pleased to find: Frogger II: Threedeep! Tapper Up 'n Down Along with 70 other games, all for $0.19 apiece. Not to mention two 2600 systems, about 20 different joysticks and a complete 7800 system. All of it cost me less than $20 at a local thrift store. One of my best finds ever!

You are welcome to check out my website, www.packratvg.com. Listed on the Atari 2600 page is a Kid's controller for $7.95. Not stated on the website but also included with the controller is an overlay for Alpha Beam with Ernie. I hope that this helps! If you would instead like to trade, feel free to send me your trade list.

If you don't want to worry about the hassle that can sometimes occur with eBay, there is also a large assortment of online dealers with secure ordering and money-back guarantees. Check out the dealers section on the links section of this website. I of course have to drop a plug for my website - www.packratvg.com. Good luck!
