  1. Good to hear it! The sale is over!!! Thanks to everyone who participated. -Bry Good. Now you can get back to making the next great 5200 game! Well, come on. Chop, chop!! Allan
  2. Do you have any more info on this game? Was this programmed for the 8-bits? Sounds interesting? Looking forward to the boulderdash games. Allan
  3. Does anybody know where I could get a 14 pin socket for the IC that has to be socketed for this mod? Allan
  4. Well, I just desoldered an IC on a Pac-man cart, removed it, and then resoldered it back in. Guess what happened? It worked!!! I'm finally getting a handle on this thing. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will be good enough to install the 7800 s-video upgrade. It's funny how much of soldering is technique. I've read a lot on how to solder the right way but some of it you just have to learn by doing. As you can see I still need practise but the important thing is that it worked. It took me a bit to figure out that the tip of the tip just doesn't get hot enough so you have to use the side of the tip. Allan
  5. I just picked one of these up and gave it a try. It actually works really well. I was able to remove an IC on my 7800 (guess which one ) within about 5 minutes. I defintely recommend it. The best part is it's price. Allan
  6. LOL, it's all about the tools, I have a professional motorized desoldering gun with adjustable heat. And how much does one of these babies cost? Allan
  7. Yes, I would love to the SIO2PC interface on my G4. Allan
  8. I thought it was just a conversion of Boulderdash. Is this suppose to be a new version just for the 5200? Allan

  13. How about your a spy for another company sneaking in your competitor's factory. You have to sneak in, get the plans for their new gizmo, and sneak out again. You have to avoid all the machinery that they throw at you. Crushers, welders, etc. Allan
  14. There's no reason why we all can't come up with an idea for Andrew. This has tons of possibilities. I'll be racking my brain all day for ideas. Allan
  15. So do you think he might ever finish it? Allan
  16. Yes I did. I just have been so busy lately. I'm not to thrilled about the font though. I think it could be better. Allan
  17. Yea, I love Blaster also. It's what is usually in my 5200. What a great game. It never gets boring for me. Allan
