again i dont have windows 98 or any of that. i need somebody who has xp or vista with info lol.

Dexter doesnt help and i dont have windows 98. i have xp and vista. i thought people on this board have had this problem bfore, where are you lol

I read a post from last year but couldn't reply in it since i'm a new member I guess, Video was asking if a 9 pin to usb adapter would work with the psx dex drive and if the program and his computer would locate it and be able to transfer memory saves. I have the same problem with n64 one. No serial ports. I'm wondering because it never got answered, he said he was going to the computer store to try one but never replied if it worked or not. I actually dont have money to waste on one unless i know it works, so does anybody know, does the dex drive work on vista with a 9 pin to usb adapter. i saw the adapter has drivers for xp and vista. but i guess will the computer and dexter or dexrive program find it as com port or whatever. has anybody got it working, and if so what did you do?
