Why don't you try to change the picture to one of thoes that undiesable ones so if he is hot linked to the picture, just until the auction is over. That is the best revenge that I have seen on these type auctions. I also asked if the pictures are of the auctual box being sold, but haven't heard back.
I have to agree with most people, that E-Bay is doing everything wrong. I haven't post an auction in a long time, and probably wont. I am going to give CTCW a try in a week or 2.

Neo-Geo CDZ system with 3 games. The system and games are from Japan, but will play great on US tv's. It also has the box (but no user manual). The original box was shipped to me with the shipping label slap right on the box, but the serial number is still in great condition. I bought another box (that has a different serial number on it) that will be included. The games are: Top Hunter, Sonic Wings 2, and Puzzle Bobble. $200.00 shipped in the US

Back 1997 (I think that is when it was), a friend of my won 1 of the FFVII's that Pepsi was giving away. She nor he husband wanted it, and they knew that I was into gaming, so I ended with the bottle cap, then later the game.

A few years ago, I bought 6 or 7 cases of Revenge of the Beefsteak Tomatoes that were still sealed. I think that I still have one of the empty shipping box's for them.

The orange cart was put into the Atari 1 time and then put back into the plastic bag and has been there ever since. $38.00 each shipped
Also is a copy of House on Haunted Hill. It comes with cartridge, DVD with box and the instructions. This has not been out of the plastic bag, and the DVD has not been watched, but it does have a few small lite scratches. $34.00 shipped.

Their worth around $19.00 - $20.00 shipped each (sealed). There is a seller on E-Bay that has been selling them for $14.99 plus shipping for a while now. (I bought 2 sets of them).

What I have done in the past is get a couple cardboard box's and put one on either side, and then lay it on a hard surface (like a floor), and put a bunch of weight on it (80-90 lbs. I do around 120 lbs.). Leave it for a few months, and it should look a good bit better. I have done this and left it for 6 months at a time, and it makes the box's look better.
You can also put it into a big book and then put the weight on it. Good luck with them,
