To be fair, I have tried all the workarounds, including a device that is nearly identical to the one posted (albeit not the exact same brand) and none of them have worked. I might try buying the specific one you posted just to rule it out once and for all, but as of now the only solution I have found is to use an HDMI scaler and then continue to disconnect and reconnect the power until it eventually works. It often takes several tries before I get a properly centered video output. I ended up buying a USB-powered HDMI scaler and attaching a USB cable with an inline power switch so that I can switch it on and off repeatedly without physically unplugging the cable, but this is still FAR from ideal.

This just isn't in the budget for me right now, so hopefully they will be around for awhile!

I have no intention of selling my Jaguar collection in the foreseeable future, especially since I know that once it is gone it is gone and it would be too cost-prohibitive to re-buy everything. With that said, I do occasionally look at all my games on the shelves and do some quick math on how much they are worth. I could do a LOT with that money, so I can't say that it isn't tempting to consider. I can't blame anyone who decides that it is time to scale back and cash in.

It is great to see the release getting such a positive reception! With that said, I still can't see myself spending $40 for this package. I will almost certainly wait for the inevitable Steam sale 6 months down the road.

This game looks great and I hope to order soon. One question - Why did you choose to put Genesis in the game title? It is odd to have "Genesis" in the name, especially for someone who is buying a Mega Drive version.

Is this going to be an ongoing (quarterly?) release, or is it just a single issue for the Experience Club?

He takes Paypal, so if you don't get the game within an acceptable timeframe you can always file a dispute and shouldn't have any problem getting your money back.

For me, it's a combination of a few things. 1) I prefer the formatting of posts within Tapatalk. Yes, mobile browsers have got much better and are now comparable to Tapatalk, but it's just a personal preference. 2) It's easier to bounce between a few different forums that I frequent using Tapatalk. I can quickly check for new posts across multiple forums. 3) I can browse forums independent of my browser activity.

Will Tapatalk support be coming back?

It doesn't look bad, but I sympathize with the idea of buying a game and then instantly wanting to upgrade certain components to ones that are in better condition.

I understand this is the case currently, and I fall somewhere in the middle - many CD games working, but some others that should be working aren't. Do you have any ideas at all for how to improve compatibility across the board?

I straightened my cables with a heat gun and a lot of patience. They aren't perfect, but they are straight enough. Another option is to buy a straight cable and replace the entire coiled cable.
