  1. I don't know of anyway to do what you are wanting with tape. I don't know whether or not the Supercharger RAM could be expanded, but if it could, would that be a classic approach either? It would on the outside, but not internally. From what you said, I think your best option would be to buy all the original cartridges that you want to play and put them in an Imagic display kiosk. Unfortunately, some games are incompatible with that method too.
  2. I don't understand all the details, but when the original Missile Command works with a track ball, the track ball is only emulating a joystick (or something like that). With Missile Command TB the track ball works in the special track ball mode.
  3. I watched a minute of the YouTube video and this game kind of reminded me of Save Mary, except you're the one doing the jumping around looking for higher ground.
  4. The AtariAge skin looks nice. I did notice one thing. The link icons to go to the previous or next page in a thread don't have arrows. They are just straight lines. I can't remember if this is how it used to be or not. If it is intentional, then it's fine with me. EDIT: I see now that this is just a problem for my browser (SeaMonkey 2.0.13). So forget about it.
  5. That looks nice on my Harmony cart.
  6. No. That is a Hozer reproduction. See this thread.
  7. Thanks. I didn't even know that you could use Wiimotes on a PC until I saw your Wii-fying my PC post a few days ago. I don't have a Wii, but yesterday I took my laptop to my brothers house and was able to get it working with my sister-in-laws Wiimotes. My biggest problem was pairing until I found out that with some drivers you need to "press ALT-S to skip the passkey step". I used Stella instead of Z26. I got two remotes connected and tried Combat and Surround to test that they were both working. I also played Hack 'Em. Since I couldn't find any scripts for Stella, I took an existing script for Secret Maryo Chronicles (which I also played) and edited it for Stella. wiimote.Led1 = true wiimote2.Led2 = true Up = wiimote.Right Down = wiimote.Left Left = wiimote.Up Right = wiimote.Down Key.LeftControl = Wiimote. Two Key.LeftControl = wiimote. One Key.Pause = wiimote.A Key.F1 = wiimote.Minus Key.F2 = wiimote.Plus Key.Pause = wiimote2.A Key.Y = wiimote2.Right Key.H = wiimote2.Left Key.G = wiimote2.Up Key.J = wiimote2.Down Key.F = wiimote2.Two Key.F = wiimote2.One Enter = wiimote.B Key.Escape = Wiimote.Home I think everything worked except for "Pause". Anyway, thanks for introducing me to GlovePIE and for the scripts. Do you or anyone else have a script using the Wii Remote for the paddles that would work in Stella or Z26? I found mention of someone using one, but couldn't find the script: Wiimote + Bluetooth = Awesome lightgun / NES Zapper and 2600 Paddle controller! If no one has a paddle script, I may be able to modify the script found on this page later on: Pvt. John Doe's Steering Wheel Script
  8. I don't know. Maybe someone else will.
  9. If I remember correctly, that is the same cartridge that was in this thread: Very rare Planet Patrol cartridge (Keith Haring edition). The picture at that link is gone now, so I can't be sure.
  10. If I understand what you're saying, then Asteroids would be one. Although that link is to the prototypes site, both ROMs were released.
  11. It looks like he's playing Starpath's The Official Frogger by Sega. This is the version for the Supercharger.
  12. Spare parts that don't work? I need to remember to never by spare parts from 0078265317.
  13. Here is a hack. This page shows screen shots of both the hack and original: BK Kaboom! More Kaboom hacks can be found in the zip file found in this thread: Atari 2600 Hacks and Homebrews ROM Collection V1.2 I'm not sure, but I don't think any of these are just color hacks though.
  14. Glad you like my hack. I made a video where you can see that the screen rolls whenever you die. At least it does for me. GoFish Unlimited Lives Hack video
  15. If I was splitting a file, I'd use HJSplit. Although I haven't tried it, there is also a program written by an AtariAge member that can be found here.
  16. Here's a thread: How to reattach labels It doesn't mention "Actiplaque", but it does have suggestions.
  17. NE146 has a more annoying avatar in my opinion.
  18. I can't figure out how to delete the old file, but here is the corrected one. GoFish_Unlimited_Lives_NTSC_has_timing_problems.zip
  19. I tried to make you one (NTSC), but it didn't turn out perfect. In bank 0, I changed part of the end routine for a 1 player game as follows. F722: LDX #$04 F724: JSR $FFF2 F727: JMP $F03A Doing this makes it so when you hit a bigger fish, you return to the bottom like in a 2 player game. It looks good in Stella, but not when I played it on an Atari using my Harmony cartridge. My changes messed up the timing and the screen jumps whenever you die. I don't know enough about Atari programming to fix it. In bank 1, I changed the part that adds a point to your opponents score when you hit a big fish. F34A: ADC #$00 ; This was ADC #$10 and added 1 point for player 1. F368: NOP ; This was INC $84 and added 1 point for player 2. F369: NOP ; This change reduced the cycle count from 5 to 4. Maybe this will work for you until someone with more knowledge can make a hack with correct timing. NOTE: I uploaded the wrong file.... Working on changing it.
  20. Air Raid by Men-A-Vision also has poor hit detection. If you find one in the wild that you want to avoid, I wouldn't mind having a copy. I always liked Fast Food. I think I have played it with a trackball back in the 1980s. Maybe I just like it because it's one of the games I grew up with.
  21. I was wanting to know the same thing and I found this: How does "Reputation" work? I have "Custom Status" and "Location" options on my Change Profile Information page and I haven't made very many posts.
  22. smbboss is my favorite of these. It would be cool if he could jump up and down while Mario and the ground stay still, but I'm not expecting anyone to do that. Yes. I was looking for how to do this a few weeks ago. Here's the thread that helped me: Build Your Own Greeting Cart! Can you type MAKE?
  23. Was it to use two controllers on an Atari or are you thinking of an adapter for the TI 99/4a? How To Build Your Own TI-99/4A Joystick Adapter
  24. Thanks for explaining it and thank you so much for making these cartridges. I had wanted a Cuttle Cart 2 a few years ago, but didn't want to pay the going rate on eBay. So now I'm glad to finally have a Harmony cart.
