  1. your kidding right!!!!! :?

Who, Despina or I? Always in the hunt and actively pursuing games and such. Draw a line straight up I-90, from the northern burbs of Chicago, IL clear up to Tomah, WI - I am not seeing anything even remotely rare these days. Haven't since the late 90's really. Commons to Rare you still see, but it's getting so bad that I'm frequenting these places less and less. Getting real tired of explaining to people that loose Combat's and Pac-Man's should not be priced at $10+ ;-)

    No Despina. Sorry

  2. ...and 4 CIB games that are about a 7- 7.5 out of 10 ...

I've not had much luck determining rarity of Leisurevision games.

Ill have a quick look at my dupes for you, I have many titles but they are from various manufacturers.

Yeah it's kind of hard to do, especially given the fact that one game may be rare on the Arcadia (like Red Clash) and fairly common on the LV or other clones. There's really no pattern to it other than exclusives tend be rarer than others for some reason (like Route 16 on the LV).

You can see my collection in this picture (starts on the bottom and continues up on the next shelf)

WoW :o Nice!....where did you say you lived again?????? :ponder: :P

  3. Are you really sending stuff worth only $1 or $5 or are you falsifying the records? You do realize that is a crime and you are in fact defrauding customs?

Just claim what is really in there with the value and you probably won't have the problems. On the other end, they may have to pay a VAT, but that is their problem, not yours. It isn't your job to defraud their government by committing mail fraud, and state that in the auction. :)

Yep, thanks R.Cade. It wouldn't be an Atari Age thread without someone taking the side of the jerks, and making out like I'm the bad guy. Posts like this make me prefer to keep it to myself.

OKay, now it's your turn to get pissed Corby... #7 in my long list of label remakes... this person lives on selkirk ave and their customs form is going up about $75 higher than it was. You win the award for the one that was actually off the most I think.

  5. My post office has issues. Not sure if they are singling me out, or if they do this kind of thing to everyone. My international packages have begun to be returned for customs correction... they used to nit pick and find fault in the past when they were hand written. In the past returning them for a plethora of obscure reasons that felt contrived at best. It was a blessing when they started doing online customs forms through stamps.com, it was the end of the hassle. Now they have found another gripe to come at me with. It seems that they don't think that $1 or even $5 "GIFT" is possible since I'm a business with dozens of packages. I am to correct it with the "actual value". Amongst the items returned were package as old as 9 days after sending. 19 items returned in total. They were printed ONLINE... These labels are now invalid. To get the over $150 shipping back, I have to mail the old labels in... and wait for the refund... Now I have to mail out the new ones with "actual value" on my dime so that they are not any later, whilst I wait for the refund. Honestly, I think they just don't like me...

What's next... I sell a $3 game to Canada I'm going to have to print the eBay page to PROVE it was $3? Come on.

Ahhh CRAP! Sh-t like this, Ax will never sell to us Canucks again!!!! :(

  6. The very system that took me away from Atari.....Nintendo...Wii. When I heard it could download all the old games, I thought thats pretty cool. And I always saw at the flea markets atari, colecovision games etc. and it reminded me all those times when I was kid the games I use to play. then I found Atariage, and a few other sites...I was hooked.
