Mister-VCS

Played both versions this weekend - surprise, surprise: 7800 Joust looks and plays much better than 5200/XL Joust! The XL-version is a little bit on the easy side and the "Joust-feeling" is missing in comparison to the 7800- and 2600 (!) version. My fun-ranking: 1. 7800 Joust 2. 2600 Joust 3. 5200/XL Joust comments?

I am out this round, because I don't own these games....

Die neue deutsche retrogamer 1/2015 ist übrigens eine Enttäuschung. 12,90 € für schlecht lokalisierte UK-Texte sind einfach zuviel. Reichlich -schlecht lesbarer, da zu klein geschriebener- Text mit vielen Bildern, aber wenig interessante Themen (ordentlich: der Telegames-Artikel). Die CHIP PowerPlay war da besser!

Klax was released in PAL-format - same as Fatal Run.

Is it possilbe to mod this stick to take advance of the second fire-button on a 7800?

I am ready for some serious ProSystem-HSC action but we have no moderator! Hard time this fall- the 2600 HSC is in vacation and the 7800 is dead...

Fair price? 3 Atari 2600 systems (2600 + 2600 + 2600) or 1 Atari 2600 + Atari 5200...

...and it was "doable" on the Vectrex , Atari 2600 , Commodore VIC-20 , INTV and TI 99/4A

The manual reads: "If[....]you wish to "freeze" the action[...[press the TV-Type switch from "COLOR" to "B-W." The TV-Type switch on my PAL Super Cobra has no effect -same as on NTSC?
