It looks like the machine guns overheat and it takes a lot bulletsto bring down one of the fighters. I might be better off with the missiles.
There is a youtube-video with a player who brings the fighter down with ONE missile...

Question for Jacob:
Is this an intentional variability for this competition? Can we really compare times if everyone is skiing a different custom-made course?
I think i start playing Skiing after the moderators decision...

Yes, a great article- but I disagree that "Double Dragon is a terrible port". I like this game a lot. And "Frostbite" is overrated...

Phoenix- Demon Attack is a dull game compared to Phoenix- no mothership, no protection-shield....nothing!

I don't know much about the history of the game, but it is a shame that Road Runner 2600 is never listed in the usual "2600 best of lists" - instead of the usual Demon Attack or River Raid hype...

Das mit der CHIP PowerPlay hat sich ja leider erledigt - siehe Editioral in der neuen RetroGamer (D)!
Schade eigentlich, das Magazin hatte doch einen besseren Bezug zu "lokalen" Themen. Die RetroGamer kommt immer
noch ziemlich britisch daher.
