  1. Totally reminds me of Cadash Arcade, one of my all time favorites. Looks absolutely amazing! Pre-ordered without hesitation.. Can't wait for this one!! When is shipping?
  2. Ya, Im late to the game too. Any chance this getting another run?
  3. Love it!! I have the actual arcade game, very respectable port of it! 13250 my first try. Can't wait to hear the voices when they are ready.
  4. Love the idea! Can't wait to give this a shot!
  5. Holy Cow, that is just amazing work! While playing I kept saying out loud "how did they do this!" lol
  6. Well, that didn't take long. Another reason to stay away from this rig? http://www.arcadepunks.com/nes-classic-hacked-nes-mini-hacked-already/
  7. I know, sounds TOO easy. I ordered one today. Will see how well it works...
  8. Wonder if this will change anybody's opinions? Use your head when downloading the bin file tho... Retro Bit Generations Hacked, Here is How: http://retrogamingmagazine.com/2016/12/20/retro-bit-generations-hacked-here-is-how/
  9. onmode-ky -- Maybe you should just get your own system? Has anyone confirmed whether not this thing will play roms off the SD card?
  10. Hey Byte Knight! I saw Willie's YT review. He was using a Genesis controller there. Are they still usable just not supported anymore, or not usable at all? Thanks!
  11. If it were me I would keep at least 2 high score lists. One for Berzerk and one for Frenzy. Use the variants that are closest to the original arcade software. And if you got room for more lists later then go from there. In my arcade having your initials on a high score list is ALL its about.
  12. Just gave it a go. Great job as always. Can't wait for this to be finalized!
  13. This is probably a long shot, but do you happen to have any more of these available?
  14. I would be on board for a copy as well! Looks great so far!
  15. Kinda funny this has come up. My father "winters" in Alamogordo every year. I told him the story of the buried cartridges a while ago. He has nearly hiked that entire region (literally). They had better have a pretty good idea where these are buried at or they "ain’t never gonna find 'em" quoted Pops. I imagine tho, they could use some kind of ground penetrating sonar or such if they get an approximate geographical location. Even if they were capped by concrete. I highly doubt the local dump guys or contractors took any special care in completely eliminating all traces of the "Atari trash". Which brings up another question. Did these have their own special "hole" that was dug and used (which would surprise me) or were they buried along with the local municipalities garbage and then capped? I've seen first hand what an 25+ year excavated dump site looks like. I don’t think people realize just how much crap goes into a local landfill or really how large they can get. Even for a smaller, less populated county (approx 45000 in 1980's) the amount of garbage in these is absolutely incredible. Now granted its a lot drier down there but you would be shocked at how much things can deteriorate underground. Especially if this stuff was buried with organic items. Now if they did have there own site, then you would think that they would be fairly easy to find with all the zoning, parcels of land, tracts, permits and what not. All that info would be recorded in the local county court house... I am betting there is nothing down there and it has all been a diversion. All that crap, if there really was any, and if it didn't get melted down in Cali. is in several cement filled shipping containers just outside the U.S. zone of territory off the California coast. Like someone said earlier, there is no way in hell Atari would ever have wanted this stuff found again.
  16. I'll give you my harsh opinion. I think it rocks! In fact I love the whole arcade you built. I have the same idea in mind. Everyone is doing the same old classic machines. I want to do something different. This is right up my alley! Great job! And to the snob earlier, go talk to your friends family or coworkers (if you have any) like that. And I will call you a liar too. Just so you know Yandman, your idea and this post has gone international!! I heard about it on the podcast Retro Gaming Roundup just today. It's sure to get picked up everywhere now!
  17. I would mind doing all the assembly myself if it helps you on your end to get the games out sooner... If you feel like knocking a couple bucks off then all the better, but not necessary.
  18. I turned it down to 50 before I could handle it. Great game!
  19. Got mine today!! Woo Hoo!!
  20. Just ordered it! Thank you Todd!! Can't wait to get it!!
  21. Just ordered a copy of Epic! Thank you Todd!!!
